Place was very friendly and there willing to help.

My family and I arrived. We needed to use the bathroom upon arriving. The toilet would not flush. We were told someone would come fix it. 2 hours later my husband went to ask for a plunger himself. He tried plunging. It still would not flush. He let the front office know. We were told we would have to go stay somewhere else. We were in Colorado during peak travel season, with 2 dogs for 8 nights. Luckily we found another place. Horrible customer service.

I reserve the room 2 days ahead of time and when I got here the room is not available did not have my room whatever so I haven't been extra money for a upgrade room that when I got in there it was dirty likes me just left me so I went to his friend told him can you get me he said no he just said his last name but it was at 3:00 in the morning I had my son didn't want to continue to drive him around and over cars so the guy at the front desk and I could still stay in there cuz I have to clean it myself so I did and now I feel like you to save you a free night or two because I only did he not have that I reserve 2 days prior to me coming the room I spent extra money and to upgrade was messed up so please don't lose your mind refund a couple free nights

Hi, my experiencia was ok. The only thing i would say is that there is no COVID restricciones Any more and you still dont give the cleaning the room servicié for the hile stay. Should come back to regular service asap

The property was dirty. The first room smelled of cat pee. We scheduled a non smoking room. I asked to be moved and the second room had a dirty shower, no smoke alarm and vent was falling out of the wall

This hotel was disgusting. There was stains in the bed, burn holes in the sheets, the curtains had slashes in them there were burn marks everywhere! In the sink, in the shower. The smell was horrendous.

Woman at the front desk was super rude and seemed bothered with getting us our room card. Room smelled strange and there were more than a few stains on the sheets. Found hair in the shower.

The staff was the staff was horrible and my room key never worked and staff was very little help when I needed to get into my room

It was so freaking smelled of cigarettes even sheets couldn’t even breath I have asthma and it set it off
