I just wanted to thank you for such a positive experience that I had at your establishment yesterday evening. (01/06/2023) I arrived with my mum, the staff at the initial reception greeted us, explained which directions to take and told us to enjoy our stay. At the spa reception the staff member was warm, informative and professional. She took our details and confirmed the package that I had purchased. Again she wished us a pleasant stay. We used the delightful facilities, I had been worried that I hadn’t booked a treatment but it was so lovely to catch up with my mum in the warm, relaxing and calm environment that has been created. We then took our time having a fabulous shower, using the products that were readily available before we headed to the bar for a drink. Again, the staff here were smart and professional. We settled down in the bar and then ambled around the corner to the restaurant. We were greeted here by a lovely blonde lady, I’m assuming the restaurant manager, who showed us to our table, lighting our lamp and again wishing us a wonderful evening. Looking at the menu, I was a little concerned that there wasn’t anything that I was ‘WOWED’ by. We both (myself and my mother) opted for the tomato and basil soup, I had the pork chop and mum had the chicken. The soup was hot on delivery and so flavourful. The bread accompaniment was absolutely delicious, I would have liked another. We tore it and dolloped large amounts of the delicious butter that came with it. I was surprised how much I enjoyed it. Our mains then arrived, my mum said that her main was delicious, she was particularly enamoured with the sauce and is hoping that my husband might be able to emulate it. My pork was absolutely delicious, succulent, well seasoned and both of us commented on the large portions we received, this was totally unexpected. For dessert, I had gelato; hazelnut, chocolate and vanilla. Very nice and quite light after my big meal. My mum commented that “this is the best sticky toffee pudding I’ve had in a very long time!” The highest compliments to the chef(s)! I must give a special mention to the waitress, she did give her name but I’m afraid I forgot what she said. She was fabulous, a bubbly personality and ensuring that everyone was happy in her section. She had to work really hard with one couple, so definitely earned her wage last night! She had dark hair, was her name Suzanne? Even when leaving the night receptionist was lovely and helpful when we handed in our locker bracelets. It was an experience that you don’t want to end. The staff could definitely teach other establishments in the area about customer service, it was so refreshing to have all staff members so confident and accommodating. 善良和樂於助人的員工。不幸的是,他們無法爲我們提前入住,但主動提出照顧我們的行李,直到我們可以(我們接受了他們的報價!)。當我們回來時,他們不僅爲我們辦理了入住手續,而且他們把行李也放在我們的一個房間。他們還允許我們第二天離開他們,而我們出去吃早午餐,然後返回德文郡。我們的房間乾淨舒適。基本但正是我們所需要的,只是爲了過夜。我們確實利用了製茶設施 :-) 祝賀我們到達時星期六工作人員不足的客房服務人員,你做得很好。

我們對在國王懸崖酒店的住宿感到非常滿意。工作人員在我們入住期間和晚上使用酒吧和餐廳早餐時都很友好和樂於助人。它位於海濱,離克拉頓中心海岸步行約半小時。酒店本身很乾淨整潔,總體條件很好。總的來說是一次積極的體驗,也是我推薦的。

Booked a 2-night stay via Booking.com. Between the two of them, they messed up the booking so only had it down for one person not two, so the hotel decided to change the room and downgrade it then had the audacity to charge an extra 50% on what we had already paid. Due to it being half-term and nothing else available plus being there for a wedding, we had no choice but to just do it or miss the wedding. All the more strange given my friends had booked an identical room to the one we were dumped in yet paid considerably less. Looking back on it, feels like I was mugged. The hotel itself was clean and is in a great location but is incredibly old and outdated. Bed was uncomfortable, the carpet had holes in it, the wallpaper was ripped in places, the toilet took 30+ minutes to refill and the shower made a noise like a jet aircraft was taking off in the corridor (water pressure was dreadful). Plus, I've not seen a sink in the bedroom rather than the bathroom since the 70s. Overall, a pretty dismal experience to say the least and somewhere I will ensure I inform people to avoid.

位置就在主街上，對麪就有瑪莎和麥當勞，然後有很多逛的地方。左手邊出去不遠就有一個城堡。酒店一樓是個小餐廳，很舒服，可以吃早餐喝下午茶，等等。服務很熱情，會幫忙拿行李到房間。缺點就是沒電梯，不過行李很重的話，會有服務員幫忙，不用擔心。酒店算比較大，Wi-Fi不是太穩定，具體要看樓層情況。

若想要遊覽濱海克拉克頓，阿德雷德旅館將會是一個不錯的的住宿之選。從酒店出發，至濱海克拉克頓僅有400m遠。附近很多景點，包括Clacton and District Local History Society Museum、Sea Horse Sculpture和The Pavilion都離酒店不遠。酒店坐落於Jaywick Martello Tower邊，附近還有很多景點包括Pirate Radio Museum, Clacton-On-Sea和Jaywick Beach。所有極具特色的客房都配備有熨衣設備，讓您感受到更加貼心細緻的入住體驗。電熱水壺可供使用，便捷的客房設施定能讓您倍感舒適。浴室內提供吹風機，讓您感受到賓至如歸的享受。酒店休閑區提供了各類設施，您可以在這裏舒緩身心壓力。外國旅客可以通過多國語言工作人員瞭解當地風土人情的相關訊息。

很棒的酒店,有很多歷史,因此是一個非常好的住宿地點。友好和平易近人的員工。不幸的是,我預訂了兩個房間,設施不足;一個房間沒有熱水,另一個房間淋浴故障。可能是運氣不好,我懷疑酒店管理層能夠解決這個問題。
