千橡市紐伯裏公園拉昆塔温德姆套房酒店(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Thousand Oaks-Newbury Park)

Friendly & helpful staff, room was very comfortable, easy parking, & even though the exterior/interior is not the newest it is leaps & bounds better than some of the other relatively similar priced hotels/motels in the area. Highly recommend, especially to light sleepers.

The check in clerk was very abrupt. No tv remote in the room. Non working A/C. Very dirty and stained carpeting throughout the room. Tub matt was lifting and unsanitary. The breakfast area was understaffed, no coffee and took over 10 minutes for the staff to prepare it. Out of many breakfast the selections and the garages were overflowing

The breakfast is very convenient and is also pretty good. The bed was comfortable. Apparently sinks are a thing to break for some guests, as this is the second room I have stayed in that had a chip and cracks. The toilet is in dire need of maintenance as it was not able to dispose of the "deposits". A piece in the shower that would allow the shower head to be placed at a normal height was missing so I did some knee bends and stooping to get thoroughly showered. Nothing that a little maintenance would not easily resolve. I would stay there again.

It’s not a 5 star resort so for one night it works. I was in town for a show with my son and didn’t want drive 2 hours home in the middle of the night so we stayed here. The staff was friendly, the area was nice, the room itself could have been cleaner as the carpet needed some vacuuming and the bathroom had hair on the floor and in the tub. The bathroom door also had stains behind it and some holes so it felt kind of run down but for the night it was okay.

Rooms need long over due make over. Check in lady was very polite and efficient. Bathroom floor was wet and carpet my the bathroom door was wet. Bathroom grout is so dirty looking. Furniture was so banged up and just takes away from the appearance. Highly suggest a major fix up

The place is like a motel with the separate doors for each room located outside. The room that I had was like a super 8 room. Dull, poor decor, remote didn't work. Wires hanging from TV etc. Disappointing for a La Q.

Hotel guests were yelling and fighting in to the early hours of the morning. Hotel staff did not resolf the issue. Alcohol bottles were strewn throughout the property the next morning. The quality of this hotel has plummeted. The room was not properly cleaned.

Parking could have been better. Not enough seating at breakfast area. Bed was not great in the room we got , boxspring was broken toilet was wobbly. Room and property was clean.
