Hii Team, I strongly recommend the property as its ease of access and the location. Also the staff are very friendly and service is good, especially Mr. Majo who takes care of house keeping and the gesture he has extended is so good and supportive. On the front end Ms. Priya Front office ***ager with whom I was dealing with from the beginning for rates and all support extended which is extremely to be mentioned for the selection of this property criteria to select this property again on my next visit to Thrissur. One more thing to be added on this comment box is restaurant and beverage house staff was so nice and good service level they keep up. Altogether the stay was very good and excellent. The staff at this hotel were so friendly and helpful. They made my stay so enjoyable and comfortable Specially Mr, Wilson ,the ***ager, He is very Helpful and generous. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. . The location was perfect - just at the city centre and attractions. ... The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. ... Overall a beautfiul stay and experience and my go to place for all my visits to Thrissur :)

The hospitality at ***gala Towers Thrissur was excellent.Behaviour of General ***ager Mr.Wilson and all other staff will definitely find a place in heart of customers who visit here to stay.Food was also very good.
