電梯有點不方便，因為它只能坐兩個人，但是很好，因為它有一個露臺和一個乾淨的房間。早餐的鮭魚是最好的。

I checked in late and there were no hotel staff due to post Christmas Day. However, I will expect clean bedsheets and pillow cases for us. However, the sofa bed was not prepared in advance. The bedsheets was torn, the pillows were dirty, there were no pillow covers. The blanket was stained and no cover sheets as well (see attached photo). For the price paid, it was highly disappointing. Even the chair was broken, there were no tv remote controller for me even to access the tv. The jacuzzi had much dirty particles as can be seen from the TV. The only consolation was the good breakfast provided. Can see that the kitchen staff has done a good job. I really feel terrible for such a standard in Switzerland. Worst hotel for my trips here.

Friendly and service oriented service staff. Simply breakfast spread and tasty machine made coffee.

Auf der Turnreise übernachteten wir mit 20 Personen im Hotel Holiday. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, die Zimmer mit Balkon waren gemütlich und sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr reichhaltig und fein. Die Bedienung, Herr Alex war angenehm und hat sich bemüht um unser Wohl. Ich empfehle ihr Hotel weiter.
