奧林匹亞希爾頓花園酒店(Hilton Garden Inn Olympia)

Hotel is great, staff super friendly upon check in. Room was clean and big, bathroom and shower nice and clean. Downfall for us was arriving after 10 hours of driving and having no open restaurant. Restaurant is promoted on the website. We were very hungry and ended up having to order out. Was told by the staff that since it wasn’t busy the evening before they decided not to open it tonight. We were not offered any compensation for this. Also we’re told to make sure everything is locked up good as there were homeless people in the area.

The barn door sliding bathroom door fell off its rail. Could hurt someone for sure. Plus, the bathroom door didn't close all the way leaving a gap for your partner to "hear your business." Three legged refrigerator would tilt forward when you opened the door dumping out contents. The shower door kept opening while showering (I guess it was mounted level. Best of all we had was a view of the rooftop and cooling vents

Check in was easy, very friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant. There was road noise from the freeway so ask for a front facing room. Overall, a very nice stay.tr5rt5

We really liked having two closets and small kitchenette. The shower head was a wee bit too tall for 5’2” person to detach from holder when I didn’t want to get my hair wet.

Everything was good. Staff good. Parking, good. Cleanliness of room, good. Outside cleanliness, good. Near freeway and town. Nothing to complain about.

Staff was friendly upon early check in, even asked us if we would be using the pool or not? And when we replied yes he had us stay on the first floor right by the pool to make it easier :) 2nd night we went into the pool and there were no towels, so I went to the front desk to let them know and it was only a matter of a few minutes before they brought more in and loaded the towel rack back up and emptied the dirty ones! I was impressed. We were pleasantly surprised with breakfast they served as well. Overall great stay

My wife and kid were not happy with the cleanliness of the pool hot tub area. The areas around the hot tub smelled of pet urine so strong they couldn't fully enjoy their time.
