Was a nice experience overall. Didn't try the food, so can't comment on that. Took a bit long to check in, had a few run-ins with the staff, but enjoyed my stay. A bit pricy, but like the unique style of the hotel. Worth the price in my opinion.

Le standing de l’hôtel n’est pas à la hauteur de ce qu’il promet. Le ménage dans les chambres est mal fait. Il faut se battre pour avoir des serviettes à la piscine et dans la chambre et quand on demande des serviettes en plus on vous dit que c’est tout ce qu’on peut faire. On vous charge une caution sur une carte bleu et quand vous commandez à la piscine il faut payer directement nous ne pouvons pas charger sur la chambre. A 23:00 venez avec vos bouteilles d’eau car rien dans l’hôtel

The best part of this hotel by far are the people that work here, particularly management, who in a country not known for service, really go out of their way. They upgraded our room, kept the spa open a little late so I could get a massage, and when the AC stopped working in the middle of the night, did everything they could to try to make the situation right. They have central AC, so its unlikely that future guests will have this issue - it was a one off problem with their IT system. The view is fantastic, the food is quite good, and the pool is really nice, especially for families. The Sauna was not hot, but perhaps we got there too early before it heated up.

I loved this fine hotel. Very nice and spacey room, wonderful pool and great food. There is a nice roof top with unforgetable sunrise. It located in the center but not on the beatch. We set on a nice bar near the hotel and drank beer. I recomand for a calm and chil stay

We stayed here for 3 days on a half board basis. The check in process was seamless. Our room was quite spacious but cleanliness was not up to the mark. I found floss, and a couple small items under the sink. Our used coffee cups were not rinsed and used glasses were not taken away. We had to place these outside the room after which they were cleared. Breakfast buffet had plenty of selections and variety. Dinner offering was limited on couple days due to Passover. Property has adult pool and kiddie pools with great views of the Sea of Galilee. Roof top bar offers great views of the city.

The view from the room and the upper deck were beautiful, but for the cost of the room, the service was poor. We had a cockroach (bug) in our room and even after repeated calls to the room service, nobody showed up. Eventually I had to remove it.

During my recent hotel stay, I had a disappointing experience with the hotel staff. Their customer service was subpar, with unresponsive and uncooperative staff members. It seemed like they lacked proper training in dealing with guests' needs and requests, making my stay uncomfortable and frustrating.

Enjoyed my stay very much. The staff was gentle and professional. The room was comfortable, very clean and spacious. Large variety and taisty food Large pool with excelent lanscape. Only cons- no air condition in elevators, no so close to the city center.
