蒙塔納酒店的鷹 - Les Etincelles(Hôtel l'Aigle du Montana by les Etincelles)

Un hôtel marqué 4 étoiles. Dommage que le service de réservation ne soit pas à la hauteur de ces 4 étoiles. Gros problèmes lors de la résa à l arrivée la chambre qu on donne n est pas celle confirmée par le service. Hôtel complet une vraie galère. Attention chambres très petites et peut de rangement. La demi pension est vraiment très bien. Une douche froide à l arrivée

Charmant hôtel où tout le personnel fait son maximum pour vous satisfaire. Merci à toute l’équipe. Swan vous remercie Seul bémol : manque de rangement….. les affaires de ski prennent de la place. Une petite commode serait appréciable Hotel au pied des pistes

La chambre ne correspondait pas au visuel de celle que j avais réservée. La tv ne fonctionnait pas, il a fallu réclamer 3 fois . Le casier à ski ne fermait pas. La lumière de chevet ne fonctionnait pas ni celle de la douche donnant à la piscine. J étais un peu déçue par rapport à l an dernier

Chambre pas au niveau d’un 4* : chambre sous les toits très bruyante car très mal insonorisée et avec des poutres de partout basses et dangereuse Balcon minuscule et inutilisable

Excellent room, bed made every day, super location and easy to find. Half board was very good value with a choice of restaurants. The only downside is that the parking is extremely tight, especially the ramp down and initial turn

Very nice hotel, small rooms but do the job and are very warm. Staff were very friendly and breakfast had a good variety. Up a hill, so caused some issues on foot after it snowed. Otherwise, very good!

Superb hotel and location. Facilities are good, if a little sp**** for a 4* rating - but nonetheless, staff were excellent and to be honest, having the option of using the Hotel Village Montana bar/restaurant was really good. Maybe a little more imagination when considering vegetarian options - but guess you can say that about all of France :-D

I couldn't wait to leave this hotel! The rooms were terribly small, there was nothing for breakfast but eggs, potatoes and bread, the staff at the restaurant for dinner were extremely unfriendly and no one spoke English. The price we paid was horribly high and not worth it.

Stayed the pre Christmas week 2023. Had stayed here when it was a large chalet and was pleased to see the refurbishments which had taken place. Rooms are fairly small but, unusual for France, had plenty of storage space. Beds are large and very comfortable, with excellent pillows. Staff at reception are helpful and speak good English. They are very pleasant and knowledgeable. Cleaning of the rooms is especially good. Breakfasts were excellent, with four hot options, as well as the choice to boil your own eggs, and an extensive continental breakfast. Although the hotel no longer seems to have its own restaurant for evening meals, the ability to use the other Village Montana restaurants, if on half board, is a veritable plus. The Chanterelles restaurant is superb and there's no need to book. The traditional Savoyard La Chaumieres is also excellent but needs to be booked. The only downside to the hotel is its distance from the main part of Tignes Le Lac, although all but beginners can ski to the centre via a track in a couple of minutes. This involves accessing the track via a short set of stairs just beyond the main Village Montana Hotel. The other possible downside is the weight you will need to lose after eating at the hotel's restaurants.
