瑞士酒店(Hotel Suiza)

Warning! This hotel has no air-conditioned rooms. They do not state that. It was 80/90 degrees, and all they offer is a fan. I had to book another Hotel, I paid an extra $20 extra of what i paid for Hotel Suiza and got a great hotel with air-conditioning. They refused to give me back my money despite of their lack of weather accommodations. I'm glad I switched, it was so hot, without a/c I would have spent my vacation so hot, sweaty and uncomfortable. I do not recommend, if you book, you will not get your money back. Trip.com offered me $30 in coins, which i accepted because I had no other choice, I paid for a 2 night stay and was forced into a situation that was not my fault, I felt completely robbed.

El lugar esta bien, lo que deben considerar seriamente es fumigar el lugar ya que tienen un problema serio con cucarachas, diario mataba como 4 en la habitacion.

No cumplió mis espectativas de limpieza, había bichos en la cama y nos picaron y cucharachas en baño, El estacionamiento al final nos cobró $100 porque cubría hasta las 8 am y el checkout esta a las12. Esta indicación no fue clara . Encontramos Shampoo, jabón y toallas limpias

This place gives off a 2 star motel vibe. The beds are low bugget abd uncomfortable, and the rooms are antiquated. Better off spending a few more dollars else where.

The room was very dirty, hair in the shower and sink, dead bugs on the floor, the tables were sticky, the bed blanket smelled like mildew mold and the worst is they have no hot water. Its obvious this room was not cleaned or prepared properly. They kept 5 usd (100 peso) becuase i made the mistake of cigarette smoke in room, which is funny considering how the filthy disgusting the room was Before my arrival. I pray this money will help those poor people.

Estancia tranquila; lo único malo es que la habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, fuera de ese detalle, bien.

the bed nasty box bring nasty cockoroach..cucarachas...tv don't work....no cold water ...noisy client stay no consideration what can i expect from low class it was a rush stay of 6 hours due to medical reason ...no at all hot water than they pretent we gave gallon boiler of hot water sure y lie ....couches need no need all upgrands.Pillows nsty i use my blackets and towel to proctect dont fool u with pictures they not real deal on web need to up grade thos pictures

When I walked into the room it smelled like sewer and the light was not working. I came back later that night. When I turned on the shower 3 big roaches came out of the drain. The towels were a stained. The light went out again for about 15-20mins. Staff was friendly.
