BAD HOTEL IN TIJUANA!!!!!
The hotel looks great, the bathroom is in a catastrophic state, there is no normal flow, there is little water, and after my complaints back and forth late at night, they replaced the shower head, which improved the comfort a little, then there was a water leak from the air conditioning unit later and I couldn't use the shower because everything was flooded with water, there was no possibility of changing rooms because there was no alternative room... and I had to go down to the lobby at night and in the morning to use the bathroom, this is a bad hotel, and then in the morning a hotel representative came and apologized and offered a 20% discount. Simply disgraceful.
