房間衞生和環境不錯，但是這個智能有點笨，空調和排氣扇綁定，想安靜睡覺很難。而且還額外收城市税。距離主城區半小時，吃飯和購物不是很方便。

ξενοδοχειο με πολύ υψηλά στάνταρ διακόσμησης και σίγουρα πολύ καθαρό. Αξίζει σε κάθε περίπτωση επίσκεψης, το πρωινό είναι αξιοπρεπεστατο , όπως επίσης και το εστιατόριο του. Ως μόνο αρνητικό ίσως να έβαζα την απόσταση από το κέντρο, αλλά δεν νομίζω ότι είναι κάτι σημαντικό. Σίγουρα θα το επέλεγα πάλι.

J’ai récemment séjourné à L’hôtel Mercure Tumisora à Romani, et je tiens à dire que c’est un hôtel d’une qualité exceptionnelle, digne d’un véritable 5 étoiles. La literie, la chambre, la salle de bain et la décoration sont tout simplement magnifiques. Je voudrais également souligner la qualité du restaurant : on y mange extrêmement bien. La cuisine, préparée par des chefs talentueux, est excellente. Le personnel de restauration est remarquable, professionnel et accueillant — vraiment au top. C’est un hôtel très professionnel, idéalement situé, et non loin du centre-ville. Il faut absolument venir y passer un week-end ou quelques jours pour profiter pleinement de tout ce qu’il offre. Merci pour cette expérience magnifique.

Ein exzellentes, super sauberes Hotel, sehr gut gelegen, Parkplätze kostenlos verfügbar. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und professionell. Namentlich erwähnen würde ich hier Cristela am Empfang, aber auch das Frühstückspersonal Mirela und Mihai. Am zweiten Morgen haben Sie uns schon unaufgefordert Cappuccino und Late Macchiato gebracht :-) Wir haben auch immer wieder im Hotelrestaurant gegessen: alles extrem zu empfehlen, ob Rindertartar, Schweinshaxe oder Rinderbächen. Die Weinkollektion lässt auch keine Wünsche offen. Das schöne am Hotel Mercure in Timisoara: wir waren 2024 dort und so sehr von der Qualität überzeugt, dass wir 2025 wieder kamen. Und die Qualität hat nicht nur nachgelassen sondern ist sogar besser geworden. Danke an das gesamte Team und lieben Gruß and Horatiu, der beste und lustigste Barkeeper der Welt :-)

We checked in with Mikael who was helping me with the bags. The room was hot, 28 centigrade and I phoned Mikael. He lied about a complicated eco system,etc,etc. I know about AC systems and I told him to lower the chiller temperature, he lied that he will do all possible. The owner is saving on the electricity bill by not switching on the system. If you like a comfortable room then look for another hotel.

I do not recommend the hotel, lack of parking spaces, prices at the hotel restaurant are totally unrealistic, especially the drinks. The rooms are very poorly lit. Lots of lighting fixtures that are totally inefficient.

Hotel bom com gerente ótimo. O quarto bom. Comer no restaurante é caro. Tem que melhorar o café da manhã. Poucas frutas. Funcionários prestativos. Estacionamento pequeno. A maioria do tempo deixamos na rua.

Διακοπές | Ζευγάρι It's a pity that this modern design hotel with a wonderful restaurant is managed(and probably owned) by people that don't care about rules and hospitality!!! On New Year's Eve invaded literally in our room to take a chair for their party, regardless the "no disturb" signal on the door. We found clothes moved and piled elsewhere and we're still not sure if we're missing something or not. The manager of the hotel took responsibility when he never thought to inform us (by telephone for example) about what he was about to do!!! We checked also some safety issues that we present in photos but the most important is that the whole situation ruined our vacation as we never felt safe again in this hotel!! Not to mention that this party let us awake the whole night. So I advise everybody to stay elsewhere in Timișoara(there is Ibis hotel closer to the city center) but go on Mercure restaurant Winestone for dinner.

Mercure Timisoara is a place where elegance and modern meets together. Everything has a fabulous design chosen with an impressive attention to details. The rooms are incredibly high tech, everything is digitally controlled using a tablet, touch screens or sensors that are softly lighting the room creating a cozy atmosphere. I find the rooms very nice, clean and comfortable. I highly appreciated the electric motorized curtains that were amazing and also contributed to a pleasant stay. It is an excellent accommodation with highly professional and friendly staff ready to help you anytime. The hotel gives you a pleasant feeling when spending time in any place of it (rooms, lobby, restaurant and terrace). Another important aspect is the location: the hotel is ideally located in a quite area near the city center.

Das Mercure Timisoara liegt in einem Wohngebiet. Die Inneneinrichting ist sehr stylish und sehr modern. Leider ist die Strassenbahnbaustelle vor dem Hotel noch nicht fertiggestellt, ansonsten käme man auch sehr gut mit der Tram ins Zentrum und zum Bahnhof. So bleibt der Fußweg oder BOLT. Das Personal ist sehr engagiert und freundlich. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, sehr vielfältig und schmackhaft. Für Timisoara sicher die beste Hoteladresse. Gegenüber befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt und eine Apotheke.

the hotel room is so beautiful, you got nice paintings on the wall, a big bed, a big shower, nice bathroom, big TV and a chair that is so nice made. the hotel room is futuristic, you control it on a Tablet that is in the room or you have small dark plates in parts of the room, you can control it from them too. the staff is nice with you. You even have a do not disturb button. the hallway and the elevators are cleaned. the barman is friendly with kids and people and the drinks are so good. from the outside, the hotel looks nice, but from the inside, it looks mega nice! the restaurant and the breakfast of the hotel have good food. the hotel has nice rooms, it depends if you get king room or normal room. the only things that I don't like: -I don't like the design that is from the outside. -I don't like the parking, it's small and tight. -the milk that they serve at breakfast. out of all, I would rate this hotel a 8.5/10. love you Hotel Mercure and hope to see you again in my next trip to Timisoara, Romania!
