un hôtel qui ne vaut pas son prix. Le chauffage s'est soudainement arrêté, j'ai attrapé un rhume, je suis allé à la réception, le directeur s'est très mal comporté. J'ai demandé de changer les dates de réservation car je ne suis pas sûr. Ce n'était pas possible. Complètement méprisable. L’expérience m’a laissé un goût amer.

Point positif : 8 min de l'aéroport mais attention à 20-25 min. du centre de Timișoara. Nous sommes arrivés un peu en avance et on nous a proposé une chambre avec deux lits en attendant que la nôtre soit prête. Après il a été impossible de récupérer la chambre prévue que nous avions réservée avec un grand lit (donc plus chère). L'accueil nous a même raccroché quand nous avons essayé d'un peu parlementer. Le petit-déjeuner était très médiocre (peu de choses sucrées) et les serveuses fermées comme des portes de prison. Mieux habituée en Roumanie.

The Hotel has 3 different types of rooms. I chose the best type, however the air conditioning didn't work well and it often felt cold inside the room. Also noteworthy is the shower tray cut into several parts in one half. I had to shower huddled in only one half of the dish, otherwise I would have cut my foot.

Unfortunately, my experience was far below what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. The most disturbing issue was cleanliness. I found previously used and visibly dirty cotton buds in the bathroom. Being sleepy, I accidentally used one before realizing that it had already been used. I immediately reported this to reception, but after waiting about 10 minutes, I was simply given two new boxes of cotton buds — without even an apology. Just before checking out, I checked the drawers to make sure I had not left anything behind. In one of them I found an opened box of condoms, individually wrapped condoms and the torn-open wrapper of one of them, apparently left behind by a previous guest. Finding this after the cotton-bud incident seriously made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned and inspected at all before my arrival. There were other problems as well. The room faced a main road and was poorly soundproofed, so traffic noise was clearly audible. The room was also uncomfortably cool: although I set the thermostat to 24°C, the temperature never rose above approximately 22°C during my stay. The wellness area was extremely crowded, particularly in the afternoon, with a large number of children in the pool, making it difficult to enjoy a relaxing spa experience. What disappoints me most, however, is the way my complaint has been handled. I reported the hygiene incident at reception, subsequently sent a detailed written complaint to hotel management with photographs, and also entered the complaint in the hotel's complaint book. To date, I have received no apology, no explanation, no offer of compensation and, in fact, no response whatsoever. There were positives — the bed was comfortable and the dinner was good — but the hygiene issues and the complete lack of proper complaint handling overshadowed them. This is simply not the standard I expected from a 4-star hotel.

Very pleasant stay, olympic poll, good food, ice cream, gym, eveything you want in one place. Not far from town an not very crowded.

Nice and friendly staff in a very pro manner. Everything in very good order. Very clean everywhere. The spa area a bit busy because they have clients from outside but nothing to worry about. Great breakfast for every needs. Its a great place to relax!

Not bad, but not very good - a little above average: nice, clean and spaceous room, with the lingering specific smell embedded in the carpets (worst on the unaired hallways). Clean, but unfinished bathroom (disabled interactive mirror and missing lamp). Too many plastic birds for my taste :). Eclectic furnishing style. Breakfast below average - low variety foods, woobly, heavy and unstable chairs..
