Hotel très bien, personnel très aimable et accueillant, la piscine avec les transats super, ainsi qu'un grand merci au maître nageur et à sa gentillesse de prendre soin des personnes autour de la piscine.

J'ai adoré mon séjour là bas avec mon mari et mes deux enfants. Les buffets du petit déjeuner et du diner vraiment excellent. Les enfants se sont bien amusés à la piscine de l'hôtel. Le personnel très accueillant et gentil. La chambre était propre et bien entretenue sauf que le personnel nettoyant tardé à faire le nettoyage des fois jusqu'à 17h du soir

L’accueil n’était pas aimable ni souriant ou réactif. La piscine était vraiment petite. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon. Les petits truc en tissu sur le lit sentait très movai. Quand nous avions changé de chambre il y avais un service pour les bagage mais il nous ont dit qu’il y en avait pas

Très bon hôtel propre et confortable. Literie impeccable et hotel tres calme. Piscone tres agréable même si elle n est pas tres grande. Personnel accueillant et professionnel. Petit déjeuner digne d un resort 5*. Tres bien situé avec sa vie sur mer. Je recommande !

Excellent hôtel ********************* Il n'y a pas assez d'étoiles. L'accueil est très professionnelle. Le personnel très à l'écoute. L'hôtel est très propre. Superbes animations. Et pour la fin le restaurant divin. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Merci

Magnifique hôtel très luxueux et d'un goût très raffiné. Le personnel très professionnel et sympathique. Un restaurant de grande qualité qui propose des plats Excellent et d'une grande élégance. Une literie parfaite chambre classe et confortable. 23000 DA 1 nuit avec petit déjeuner à volonté. Que des compliments.

Nice and beautiful hotel, nice spa with great massage therapist, customer service need to be improved ( ladies front desk are good but two gentleman were not very helpful, I was complaining about the lights were off in the 5th floor corridors all night no one answered until the second day). the restaurant la perle 7th floor the first day was good nice food and a very good customer service staff but the second day dinner my wife find a metal scrubber in her dish we reported to the staff, they apologised and they gave us dessert on the house but they didn’t take it off from the bill, so the following day we had dinner outside and the security guard didn’t let me bring the food inside the hotel, room was good clean and modern, I’ll give it another shot next time when I’ll visit Algeria.
