Hotel 4 stelle ma per lo standard italiano é da considerarsi 3 stelle Camere ristrutturate e pulite ma fredde e piccole. Colazione povera con caffè espresso a pagamento Ciliegina sulla torta deposito bagagli a pagamento dalle 12 in poi per essere riposte in un ufficio molto piccolo 5 euro mai pagato questo servizio! Posizione buona

Normale, pulito, camere sufficientemente grandi, silenzioso, pieno centro, 13-15 camere, bar salotto capiente, prezzo basso! Personale gentile ed efficiente! Colazione giusta! La migliore definizione è NORMALE e COMODISSIMO! alf Valerio

Buon hotel, facile da raggiungere, e posizione centrale. Attrazioni e locali tutto co una piacevole passeggiata. Pulizia e cortesia dei ragazzi alla reception eccellente. Vanessa è stata ottima nei suggerimenti e nella professionalità dimostrata. consiglio

La ubicación es muy buena a pocos minutos de la Catedral y sitios de interés. Las habitaciones están limpias y están todas en un solo piso. El desayuno es muy básico. Le falta una tostadora, fruta fresca zumos naturales, y un personal más activo. Están muy despistados , les falta rodaje con el turismo. Lo mejor del personal que conocimos fue al de recepción Euden, que fue muy servicial con nosotros interesándose por todo lo que hacíamos cada día y dándonos muchos tips de que ver y donde comer y beber en la ciudad. Un 10 como personal. Las habitaciones te las limpiaban todos los dias. El check in fue muy largo al ser un grupo pero no estaba preparado para ser más ágil.

Hotel poco limpio y desayunos muy pobres. Siempre los mismos embutidos, no tostadora. Las habitaciones son viejas y descuidadas. Lo mejor con diferencia el recepcionista Eunen. Muy amsble y colaborador.

This is a 3 star hotel promoting itself as 4 star and the management were too proud to hear it. From the moment you arrive at the hotel, you can tell straight away from the surroundings what the inside is going to be like. The location The location of the hotel is very central, however the hotel is on a side street where the houses look derelict and it’s a tiny street to drive on. Most of the other 4 star hotels were on the main road. The room We booked a double room which turned out to be quite small and the best ‘suite’ in the hotel turned out to be just an average sized room in a hotel. Upon arriving, we expressed our disappointment to the management at the fact that we paid for a 4 star standard to get a 3 star quality. The managers response was as follows: 1. It doesn’t matter if you book a 4 star or 3 star you get what you pay for. 2. If you pay 65 euros a night, it’s not enough to secure good quality in Tirana or any city in the world. 3. Having dirty walls in the room doesn’t count as wear and tear because the guests caused the wear and tear. We’re widely travelled and have visited top cities in Europe including Budapest etc, and the above excuses are disappointing to hear. It’s clear the management is not ready to receive tourists! They refused to refund us even 2 nights out of our 3 nights stay so we could go to a better equally priced hotel! We were upgraded to a better room which had a sock covering the fire alarm and they didn’t even notice! Some of the double rooms stunk! We were offered free spa treatments for forcing us to stay, we declined after having the breakfast. Breakfast Breakfast is only one option every day and you don’t get to choose which can get repetitive. *********** also had no support for us and sided with the hotel because they paid for sponsored ads so be very careful making the decision to book this property. If you’re looking for a central location, then great but if you’re looking for a good quality of stay and good nights rest then not so much.

Stated 4 star hotel paid £65 for a night , upon arriving you pull into a side street that looks deralict, the hotel itself inside the main lobby very clean well presented and lovely members of staff. The room well it is definitely not 4 star I wouldn’t even give 3 if I’m honest , the shower head in the bathroom only half worked and was covered in limescale, there was black mould all around the grout in the shower, the walls in the room were all marked massively everywhere with dirt and other things, the bed it’s self very comfy although very low to the floor. We had shutters on our windows that you couldn’t put up so our view was that of metal shutters. We were only there for one night but I would not recommend if you are staying longer. The spa , absolutely fantastic very good value for money we paid €90 for both myself and my partner that included full body massage, use of the sauna, steam room, hot tub and salt room, massage is very good definitely recommend the spa.
