I spent two weeks travelling in Albania and this hotel stands out for the poor experience I had. The reservation was for a king-size bed, which turned out to be a double. I had written ahead of time to find out about transportation from the airport, but never received an answer. The AC unit in my room leaked terribly (in very hot summer weather) and I had to insist three times to get a bucket to contain the water. When the repair man came, he wasn't able to fix it and left the ladder in the middle of room. I later received a call at MIDNIGHT to ask if another repair man could enter the room. When I pointed out the hour, I was made to feel bad and let the man in, who was still unable to fix the unit. My friend who came in on a different flight, was told a driver (arranged by the hotel) would be waiting at the airport, but no driver was sent and the hotel simply said that "this sometimes happens." When I asked for a blanket - I was told that they did not provide additional linens. I was supposed to stay an additional night here at the end of my stay, but my flight was changed to a day earlier. I asked if it would be possible to change my reservation as well - but never received a reply from the manager (who was absent the whole time) and ended up booking at another hotel and losing the money from this reservation. The only good thing about the stay was the breakfast, which was not included and I had to pay additional for.
