Buona posizione, ma il soggiorno deludente (per fortuna Capodanno altrove!) Ho soggiornato in questo hotel durante i giorni di Capodanno, ma per fortuna ho trascorso la serata altrove, perché il soggiorno qui non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, vicina al centro, e la colazione è buona, con una discreta scelta. Le camere, invece, pur essendo belle e curate nell’aspetto, hanno dimostrato gravi problemi di funzionalità. Il bagno è minuscolo e mal progettato: ogni volta che mi lavavo, si allagava completamente, costringendomi ad asciugare sia il pavimento che la tazza del WC per poterla usare. Il problema più grande, però, è stato l’acqua fredda della doccia. Dopo tre giorni di soggiorno, immaginando finalmente un bagno caldo per rilassarmi, mi sono ritrovato a dover rinunciare. È stata una vera delusione, soprattutto considerando che queste cose sono il minimo indispensabile in un hotel. In conclusione, se non fosse stato per la posizione strategica e la colazione discreta, non avrei trovato nulla di positivo. Consiglio di valutare altre opzioni finché l’hotel non risolverà questi problemi, perché un soggiorno confortevole qui, al momento, non è garantito.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 nuits dans cet hôtel à Tirana, situé à seulement 15 minutes de la place principale. L’emplacement est très pratique et facile d’accès. L’équipe sur place est absolument adorable, toujours à l’écoute et très accueillante. Le petit-déjeuner était simple mais délicieux, ce qui nous convenait parfaitement. Chaque matin, nous avons eu droit à un petit cake maison accompagné d’œufs, de saucisses, d’olives, de tomates, de concombres et de pain de mie. C’était frais et suffisant pour bien commencer la journée. Nous avons eu la belle surprise d’être surclassés, probablement en raison de la période creuse, et nous en sommes très reconnaissants. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et bien décorée, tout comme l’ensemble de l’hôtel, avec une ambiance colorée et chaleureuse qui met de bonne humeur. Le seul petit bémol concerne les joints de la douche, mais c’est un détail qui m’a sauté aux yeux en tant que professionnel du métier. Cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour, qui restera un très bon souvenir. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel pour un séjour à Tirana et remercions encore toute l’équipe pour leur accueil !

Prachtig hotel op loopafstand van het centrum met eigen parkeergarage en heerlijk ontbijt. De douche is wat klein en het is wel gehorig. Het hotel vinden was wel een uitdaging. Het zit in een klein zijstraatje. Het ontvangst was super vriendelijk en we mochten de auto na uitchecken laten staan om tirana te verkennen.

Bel hotel, vicino al centro, camera pulita, balcone, magnifiche colazioni, ragazze alla reception gentili e sorridenti, unica pecca il parcheggio sotterraneo al buio sotto un altro edificio, ma è proprio per questo che Tiranë e bukur. Andateci

Attenzione a chi prenota in questo hotel!!!! Io ho prenotato e poi cancellato gratuitamente la prenotazione perché avevo trovato un'altra soluzione. Dopo alcuni giorni mi hanno addebitato la somma di 192 € senza alcuna giustificazione creandomi notevoli problemi per alcune operazioni urgenti che avrei dovuto fare. Il comportamento della struttura è stato molto scorretto e allerto tutti quelli che vorranno prenotare all'Areela Boutique Hotel di Tirana. NB sono ancora in attesa del rimborso.....salvo azioni legali.

Abbiamo scelto questa sistemazione per una vacanza di famiglia di giorni a Tirana; l’hotel ha una buona gestione, la posizione e’ molto centrale e permette di raggiungere le principali attrazioni della città a piedi. Offre un parcheggio gratuito come gratuita e funzionale e’ la connessione Wi-Fi. La pulizia delle camere è molto buona. La colazione è di tipo casalingo con un piatto mix dolce/salato (brioches, omelette con prosciutto e ricotta/feta, pane fatto in casa con marmellata e burro oltre a caffè, frutta e succhi. Il prezzo è più che onesto per la qualità e servizio offerto. Consigliato.

Hotel molto bello e vicinissimo al centro , pulizia top , il personale molto molto disponibile e professionale specialmente il ragazzo che lavora di mattina alla reception disponibile sempre . CONSIGLIO QUESTO HOTEL PER UNA SOGGIORNO PIACEVOLE A TIRANA

Tiran gezimizde bir gece konakladığımız otel. Oteli önce zor bulduk ama aslında lokasyon olarak çok rahat bir yerde idi. Üstelik çalışanlarımız ilgili idi. Özellikle Altın bey ve Clari çok yardım sever ve güler yüzlülükle her istediğimizi yapmaya çalıştılar. Otele ilk girdiğinizde o temizlik kokusunu hissediyorsunuz Yataklar rahattı kahvaltı ***et taze ve sağlıklı idi. Ücretsiz otoparkı mevcuttur. Yeniden Tİran a gelirsem kesinlikle aynı otelde kalacağımdan eminim. Teşekkürler 🙏

Andscheinend überbucht das Hotel regelmäßig. Heißt zu wenig Zimmer. Bei der Ankunft hieß es nur trocken: "Ihr gebuchtes Zimmer ist nicht verfügbar. Wir sind voll!" Obwohl wir schon Wochen im Vorraus gebucht hatten, bekamen wir anstatt einem schönen Zimmer mit Balkon einen Raum im Keller (Der alles andere als schön war), mit dem Motto "Take it or leave it". Es wurden keine Kompensationen angeboten (bezüglich des Zimmerpreises, oder ähnliches). Zusätzlich war das Personal nicht sonderlich hilfsbereit, verhielt sich eher gleichgültig. Sehr schlechte Erfahrung! Bitte nicht buchen und Ärger ersparen! Das Frühstück war Ok, und die Lage ist recht zentral.

I spent two weeks travelling in Albania and this hotel stands out for the poor experience I had. The reservation was for a king-size bed, which turned out to be a double. I had written ahead of time to find out about transportation from the airport, but never received an answer. The AC unit in my room leaked terribly (in very hot summer weather) and I had to insist three times to get a bucket to contain the water. When the repair man came, he wasn't able to fix it and left the ladder in the middle of room. I later received a call at MIDNIGHT to ask if another repair man could enter the room. When I pointed out the hour, I was made to feel bad and let the man in, who was still unable to fix the unit. My friend who came in on a different flight, was told a driver (arranged by the hotel) would be waiting at the airport, but no driver was sent and the hotel simply said that "this sometimes happens." When I asked for a blanket - I was told that they did not provide additional linens. I was supposed to stay an additional night here at the end of my stay, but my flight was changed to a day earlier. I asked if it would be possible to change my reservation as well - but never received a reply from the manager (who was absent the whole time) and ended up booking at another hotel and losing the money from this reservation. The only good thing about the stay was the breakfast, which was not included and I had to pay additional for.

Abbiamo dormito nell'albergo 4 notti, camera bellissima, ben arredata e materasso super comodo. Colazione abbondante, tutto buono e lo staff super disponibile in particolare Artin,solare simpatico e parla benissimo l'italiano. L'albergo è in centro e Tirana si visita bene sia con il bus oppure a piedi. Esperienza bellissima !!!!

At first sight it looks nice, but let me tell you something about the room. The room was dirty, first thing i noticed were the used contactlenses still lying there and also the shower was invested with hairs of the previous guests, thewhen you take a shower the water runs out into the room causing the floor crack.. The room is located in a claustrophobic basement with the windows welded shut, and lies beneath a cafe, so you can hear the people above you starting around 6:30 in the morning dragging the chairs around the terrace. Worst experience in a hotel so far. The breakfast and the coffee was nice and the personnel at the frontdesk was very friendly.

Very nice, helpfull and friendly staff. Willing to go the extra mile to help the customers. Everyday a clean room. Closed parking garage at the hotel, this is even free of charge. We arrived early before check in time and they allowed us to use the garage already at no extra cost! Local breakfast with every morning a peace of delicious home made cake! Good coffee at breakfast. Made with a real coffee machine as in a good coffeeshop. 24/7 somebody at the reception for all your services. Eventough it's in the centre of the city it's a quit hotel. We had very good sleep!

This little gem was exactly what we were looking for… spacious quirky and central. The family loved it don’t let the outside fool you the hotel has fantastic service clean spacious rooms and a great morning breakfast I would stay here any time in Albania.
