A pampering hotel, just come and relax Excellent food, everything is very quiet, pool, massage, view of the Carmel Mountains, everything is pastoral.. I celebrated my birthday and enjoyed every second . Excellent service from the entire hotel staff. I will definitely come back again!!!!..Thank you Danie family l October 24,

I would give it a 3.5. Room was spacious and comfortable and our porch had a nice view of Carmel mountains, score of 5. Only one outdoor pool which is very nice without chlorine, a plus. The pool design is very aesthetic. . No control over smoking which was all over pool area and not just in designated areas. No one cares and it was annoying. There are two broken jacuzzis outdoors and no indoor pool. we had 1/2 board. Thursday dinner was great. Breakfasts and Shabbat dinner were mediocre compared to other Israeli hotels. Buffet dishes were in general not hot enough. Restaurant Service was very cordial. Check in Lobby and bar area is designed nicely and dining room atmosphere is pleasant. The spa is nice but nothing special. The reflexology treatments were excellent. Many things in infrastructure were not 100% maintained.

should be noted that this is the first time I write a negative review about a hotel . My husband closed the hotel for us early in honor of my birthday, we arrived and the hotel in terms of visibility was beautiful, but later in the evening we went down to have dinner which was really low level for a hotel that pays so much mainly we stayed more than two nights. We were very disappointed that the hotel was full of evacuees who didn't even bother to update us with this information. Apparently there is an effect on the level of investment in meals and the atmosphere, etc. . I was so hungry we ordered pizza from the area, it's a real shame for the hotel. At the end of our stay we expressed our opinion to the staff responsible, they shrugged off the criticism and claimed that they were actually complimented on the food. Next time we will think twice about recommending the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a middle of nowhere. I spend 2 night with my husband in half board. Hotel is very well designed,decorated, in front of mount carmel. Rooms are pretty big and bed is confortable. The food is good the burger bar as well, the entrecote was tasty!!! Service at the pool was very good,yakir is doing a good job. Everyday we had a class of pilates or sport in the pool with sharona who was very professional and very nice. Now let s talk about the thing to improve. The music at the pool is a No No,way too loud and house music doesn t suit this kind of hotel . Cleaning in the facilities need to be improved as well windows in the rooms. Coktails are very limited . Overall this hotel is nice i recommended .

Despite some bad reviews on here, I was hesitant at first. As a frequent traveller this boutique hotel is an absolute gem of a place. Hotel staff are absolutely amazing and hats off to Jerry! Food : huge selection of foods and delicious Pool: more of a plunge pool, shame it’s not bigger. Front desk: Daniel an amazing guy! All in all a wonderful experience and will return.

The service and the food was bad, we stayed in this hotel in the past and liked it, when we came back we relized that things have changed. When we talked to the director of the hotel and shared our bad experiance, he said that thats lifee

Very warm welcome at check in. We really enjoyed our stay at the Kedem. The pool was beautiful, calm and refreshing . The staff go out of their way to make sure that you enjoy your stay. Restaurant on site,where we enjoyed a lovely evening.

This was supposed to be a new, top notch hotel. Hotel room was fine if you are not a detailed oriented person. Decor of the rooms is NOTHING special. Boring rather. Lobby is nice. But then you start to look closer and things in room are falling apart not because they are old, because they were never done right in the first place. The fire extinguisher on our floor was ripped off and tapped back together what can only be assumed but someone with one hand. The entire hotel is one unfinished sloppy job. You go out to this beautiful pool. Looks nice but it faces undeveloped land with cows moo-ing in what looks like a dump. The rock on the pool deck is cracked, broken or filled with cigarettes. Nobody cares or nobody cleans? The bathroom (handicapped) by the pool has no trash can to throw away whatever you need, and no soap. So the entire experience becomes very poor. They need to seriously get it together and take care of this property for the prices they are commending. Wont be paying this money again for this property. There are boutique hotels we stayed in the area for $150-175 price range that had renovated clean properties much nicer than this one. Too bad because the front desk staff was really great. So they got good staff but property falling apart.

We were in the hotel 3 days on a holiday and had a very good atmosphere. The rooms are large and clean, the view is stunning, the pool is lovely and fun to spend in this hotel. It's a hotel with no kids so very quiet and cozy. The food was delicious The hotel staff works hard for guests to enjoy their stay at the hotel

Very nice small hotel, location is a little odd at the edge of Tirat HaCarmel not a particularly nice town, but hotel still manages to be right in the middle of nature, Carmel on one side & beautiful walks right next to the hotel. Rooms are very nice, bathroom is beautiful but could with a bit of upkeep/grout repair. Lobby is large & fabulous, spa is nothing special. Breakfast was as good as any of the top luxury hotels. A little stingy on the towels & no tissues was a little odd. Would definitely go back

we came to kedem hotel in tirat hacarmel, close to haifa. the hotel is new and modern with a nice spa. the accessibility is very good in the public areas, the guest rooms, the swimming pool. the location is not so attractive but the hotel is good

I’m writing this review while at the hotel, we came to this hotel on Friday directly from our wedding venue hoping to have a relaxing weekend after our wedding,but the overall experience of the hotel is just not good. Putting the pool staff aside,the reception and staff are plain rude. From the first time we walked into the hotel the receptionist welcomed us with “please give me your ID number”,not even a courtesy “hello”. At night the bathroom sink drain hose just broke and water started draining from the sink onto the floor,it took us about 20 minutes trying to get a hold of the reception and once they finally did I was asked “can’t you just put it back in it’s place?”.. Well,I could, but paying 1400 NIS per night,I’m guessing I shouldn’t be the one who deals with it. Until this morning there was not maintenance coming to check or fix it,the receptionist arrived at the room and put it back somehow..fancy! When my wife wanted to go check about a massage,she got the same answer for all three questions and nothing more! The questions were: 1. Hey do you have any availability for a massage today? 2. Can you call me if someone cancels? 3. How about tomorrow? For all three questions the answer was simply a rude “NO,we’re full!” After asking at the reception and noting that the answers should be nicer and we should at least be given the chance to enter the waiting list we were responded by:”people that come to this hotel usually book the massages five days in advance”..well,sooooorry for letting our wedding day get in the way. Other than the staff being rude and impolite,the pool is super small compared to the amount of hotel guests which gives you a feeling of a crowded public pool(see picture). We had breakfast included,the buffet had a lot of variety I’ll give you that,it just wasn’t that good,and the pancakes had quite a bit of after taste to them(it’s worth mentioning the Saturday is tricky with hotels in Israel due to kosher restrictions and the fact they cannot cook anything on a Saturday),but still… The room is nice and modern but overall pretty basic,nothing special there either. Overall,the price level of this hotel is on the premium levels but it’s just not worth it compared to the experience you’re getting.
