Excellent for Couples Room Service provided and clearance done properly Housekeeping services are good Provided coconut oil as requested Housekeeping helped us to switch on the TV and changed the channels as we requested-Thank You Personalised liquor service done properly as requested Bellboys helped us at the time of check-in and check-out Got Wifi Credentials, Ms Priya at Reception helped us for the checkout process. Complimentary Buffet breakfast in a calm & open air, had peaceful breakfast with Coffee

Nice hotel, clean room, helpful & polite staff. I highly recommend buffet breakfast & dinner at Thendral terrace restaurant. The hotel is in main city area and lots of options around to purchase. A supermarket is situated within a minute's walk from the hotel.

Very good business n family stay hotel. It is centrally located and close to the bus stand. Room is clean n tidy. It is well maintained. Reception staff are very polite and helpful. Veg restaurant serves thali . Food is scrumptous and filling.

We stayed there for 2 nights. Hotel is in the middle of busy street. Rooms are clean and cozy. Room service is good. Breakfast was on level 5. The breakfast was ok. Service was good and fast. Check in and check out was fast and no hassle. We had a good time there. No issue. Recommended.

The rooms we bad, too small. Not maintained. Lift not working. Wait for room checking, Room key card not working. Food is pathetic no taste service poor. I will not recommend this to any one 1 rating is too good for this hotel, my personal experiences worse

The warmthest receiving ever I have seen till date and also the kind of intent of service in the staff are unimaginable. Very cooperative and good gestures at all the times .Felt extremely satisfied and always looking to board at the same hotel whenever I reach Trichy for any sort of Purpose . I have stayed here three times in all. My last visit was this past week. We were given a suite on the 4th floor. The bathrooms flooded with bath water because plumbing was faulty. The breakfast on the terrace is the highlight. The hotel is right at the main Trichy Junction and therefore has easy access to most places around Trichy.

Good room, very good food , both buffet breakfast inThendral & alacarte in Meridian. Only complain is with washroom, it should have exhaust fans & room freshner. Otherwise overall good stay for 3 nights from Dec 13-16

I really want to write this review, so that travellers do not miss a good place to stay. Right from the reception, room, restaurants everything is too good, courteous. I would strongly recommend to stay for value and comfort.

It was a peak booking weekend n week with many activities in Trichi. Having stayed there last year my repeated efforts for booking rooms for 4 of use was not successful u til on Sunday I requested to speak to the manager Mr Balaji. He was very kind to accept my call and assured me that my reservation for my last 2 days is confirmed. Upon reaching the hotel on Monday he personally ensured my registration was done ( since the front desk was not aware he made reservations for us). He also advised and aimed us a suite instead of 2 rooms so that we 4 friends can enjoy our stay together.

Rooms are well maintained - Easily accessible from Bus stand - Just a few meters away from central bus stand.... Roof top restaurant serves food - Food is good..... Overall decent hotel to stay with family.

Excellent location, very close to shopping malls, restaurants, central bus stand and railway junction . Very courteous and cooperative staff. Excellent food! The rooms are spacious and the roof top restaurant is very spacious and convenient.

My boss was visiting trichy, i suggested staying at ramyas. Since i stayed there once earlier changing from our routine hotel. I had a decent experience. When he tried to checkin he requested extended checkout . The attendant very rudely replied and told him the He should not have used makemytrip to book if he needed such hospitality service of extended checkout. Since he used makemytrip they are unable to help. If we had approached the hotel directly they would have helped. THEN WHY IS THE PROPERTY LISTED ON MMT? Most unfortunate thing is when my boss was walking out of the hotel due to the rude behavior, they didnt try to stop him. After this, i spoke to thier manager Mr. Bharani. And told him that a guest has walked put of your hotel at 11:30 at night, there is no bigger insult to a hotel than a guest who has given them quite some business in the last month HAVING TO LEAVE AT MIDNIGHT. to search for another room. While Mr. Bharani was clearly upset that i called him on phone near midnight. I tried to impress upon him that a guest has WALKED OUT of your hotel at midnight. While he was ready to accomodate the guest who has paid money, as if he is doing a Favor, he was still telling me that i booked through makemytrip instead of them directly. While i did try to convey the stature of the guest, and told him that he is losing a valuable customer. He asked me not to blackmail Him at midnight. Since i said i will complain to tourism department, his response to that was "its fine" Unfortunately i will not and cannot recommend staying with them since the last word of the manager on the call were "its fine" Even a hotel having good rooms but miserable hospitality is bound to fail. If not fail their star rating will never grow. But fortunately Ramyas is not looking for growth as they are sending away volume customers at night ONE LINE REVIEW "A CUSTOMER HAD TO WALK OUT OF THEIR RECEPTION AT 11 PM. AND THEY DIDNT EVEN TRY TO BE HOSPITABLE."
