Room was not good. Very smell hot water not coming room service is not working. Overall it was very bad

My stay in sahastra residency was from check-in on 28. 11. 24 at 5. 00 a. M, check out 30. 11. 24 at 11. 00 am. 1. No help from the front desk for shifting the bags. 2. Lift doors always kept open, and due to this, there was continuous disturbance. 3. No daily cleaning. 4. Bathroom water drain blocked. 5. There is no proper guidance from the front desk. 6. While entering the lodge front office, i was not aware of my booking.

Good stay. Prime location property, it's walkable distance from srinivas bus stand. No meals provided, only tea or coffee on demand. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Rooms are small and comfortable for 2-3 people. Hotel should need to look for cleanliness. Prefer ac rooms because they don't have windows for good ventilation.

had a great experience staying in this hotel . excellent hospitality .it was really nice .the sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home . the room was immaculate and very comfortable.. 🙏👍

We never stayed there coz inspite of raising a special request to accommodate at 4 a. M. In the morning, we were not allowed inside when we reached tirupathi early morning. We had to opt for another hotel

I am not happy with the service, i have booked the room for 3 but got it for 2 with no extra bedsheets nor pilliow i did request for a room change, he said will do but took 3 days to change the room, that to on constant request from our side, the manager even raised his voice i had booked one day extra for the last day so that we cn rest and reach station. We had booked a tour to kanchipuram for 5 k, we wanted to go on friday, he insisted us to go on sat, he informed us by 5 pm will be back, he insisted us to check out, if reached early cn rest in hotel i told him we have an extra day booking, he sd it's ok. We were informed to be ready by 5, he prakash didn't even bothered to call us, it was almost 5 we upfront called him, he wasted 1 hr, when we came down, driver said is waiting since 5 am, this is how we were betrayed, because of this delay we couldn't complete our tour, need to rush to station as we had. Train what kind of service is this, we paid full amount for the tour plus we have paid 1 day extra to the hotel i am not happy with the service at all

The property was nice and decent at its price range, it was near to bus stand and railways making it easily accessible

Location is good as it is near to the bus station, but the hotel rooms are in bad condition. Found hair strands on the bed and the toilet was not cleaned. The ac wasn't working well.

Room is ok, but the reception person has rude behavior. Cleanliness also not satisfied, no one has responsibility.

We stay in for 1 day it was awesome, staff is polite and maintenance is good. Facilities are good.
