A centrally located, clean, and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and good dining, valued for its convenience and service quality. I stayed from 12th November to 16th November 2025 for four nights, and this hotel has always been my first preference when staying in Tirupati. The food is excellent, the staff is courteous and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable.

The hotel entrance lobby and beds were fine. Breakfast food options were fine but cleanliness was the issue. Restaurant utensils like spoons and small bowls were dirty, we had to ask again and again to give clean bowls. The table mats were very dirty and not washed. We asked to change the mats but got another set of dirty table mats, so finally we asked them to remove the mats as they had none clean. The ala carte dinner services were very slow and we had to return 2 food orders as they were not well prepared, hard paneer with raw mustard oil smell and taste. The room and lobby on 2nd floor had very damp mouldy smell. We complained but they only sprayed room freshner which didn't solve the purpose.

I had a very disappointing experience at Raj Park Hotel. The service quality was extremely poor. Staff member Selvam behaved very rudely and was not at all professional. We did not feel welcomed or respected during our stay. Housekeeping service was also very bad — rooms were not cleaned properly, amenities were missing, and repeated requests were ignored. Overall maintenance is not up to the mark. For the price they charge, the experience is not worth it. Definitely not recommended.

Booked this property via leading international travel portal for one night stay with my family of three adults. I just got one night stay in Tirumala and we would like to see some other temples in Tirupati town and unwind prior to our departure home back. We got a message from this property a day before, to pay partial money to confirm our booking else they would cancel my booking. Even though the booking conditions clearly mentioned that we can make a payment at the time of check in. Anyhow I got a room without any fuss, but be cautious while peak season. Check in was quick and got a room, Clean and spacious enough. We got the additional cot & mattress after third reminder. Had the breakfast in next morning and buffet spread was decent, mainly a south Indian dishes and If am not wrong, they serve only vegetarian. A2B restaurant is just across the road is an added advantage.

This establishment is truly exceptional for a holistic retreat, boasting courteous staff, as we experienced. Although its facilities may not be five-star, the care provided is top-notch. The General Manager Mr. Susai, is readily available to assist guests. Certain staff members, notably Mr. Subbu and Mr. Nagendra, consistently demonstrate their helpful nature, often going above and beyond to accommodate their guests. Kudos to the entire team and management for fostering such exceptional staff members. Look forward to visiting soon and we will certainly recommend to near and dear.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The washrooms were in terrible condition — they were not properly cleaned, had a strong unpleasant odor, and the fixtures were old and barely functional. It was very uncomfortable to use them during my stay. Additionally, the air conditioning in the room was extremely weak. Despite setting it to the lowest temperature, the room remained hot and stuffy, making it hard to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the poor maintenance of basic amenities like the washroom and air conditioning ruined what could have been a pleasant stay. I would not recommend this hotel until these serious issues are addressed.

The hotel ambience is too good and we loved the stay there... The room was so neat and clean, the food service provided was good and the food was tasty 😋 I would like to book at this hotel again when I visit tirupati...

it was a nice experience staying in this place, cleanliness was well maintained , you get a spectacular view from a hill view. so I would suggest to go for hill view room while booking in this hotel. Food was also good and breakfast was having only south indian options which is fine but still some North Indian options can be added. overall a nice and wonderful experience.

Great reception and welcome. Room is very good large and comfortable. Ac working well in tbe heat which was extreme. Room boy and bellboy very kind and helpful. Nice comfortable good sleep on fluffy pillows and good bed. Bathroom tiles are very old and shower curtains have to be changed. Now coming to the food Very bland and mediocore brealfast buffet. Onion chutney was old maybe 3 or 4 days in tbe fridge. Upma, kheer,sambhar was very very ordinary. Idli,vada and coconut chutney just passed the test. Pongal was cold. Rest is fruits,cornflakes,bread and preserves very ordinary. Defenitely not worth the price i paid. There are new and much better options nearby. Raj park is in deep sleep. Wake up now. No wonder there are very less people in this hotel.

Hotel is at prime location. It is maintained very clean, hospitable staff, food was good. Affordable price.

The property location is very comfortable to reach all places such, ISKCON temple, Hitel Woodland and other hotels, it’s nearby to hiring of vehicles agencies, near to APSTC bus station to piligrims to catch their public transport, very frequent transport facility near to the property, also very near to Rky. Station Also good complimentary Break fast offering to the clients who stays in the Hotel All I can say we family members all enjoyed stay at the hotel . This is our second stay in the hotel with our family members All is good and one can recommend to their families and friends
