Hotel was perfect and ideal for its location especially if you’re planning to visit the temple and partake in Girivalam. The only downside is that if you’re bringing luggages with you , you have to take an auto or walk to the hotel as the vicinity around the temple is strictly no car / vehicle zone. I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The condition of the room was extremely poor: Our room was located on the lift side, and there was constant noise from the kitchen chimney. Despite informing the reception multiple times, and being assured it would be resolved, the noise continued. I had to call five times between 10 PM and 11 PM, but the issue kept recurring. To make matters worse, when I approached the reception at 11 PM, Mr. Senthil responded very rudely. Instead of addressing the problem professionally, he told me to check out if I wasn’t satisfied and even threatened me. This was especially disturbing as I was staying with my family. The overall experience was frustrating, and I was unable to sleep well due to the continuous disturbances. The way the staff handled the situation was highly unprofessional. I strongly advise against booking this hotel.

So basically you can’t enter this hotel As it’s near the temple and the reason is we are non Tamil . Yes that’s right since we are from Karnataka cops didn’t allow our vehicle to enter . It’s a shame such nonsense rules exist and the way public behaves is appalling and sad . Didn’t feel safe at all in this city which clearly says non tamils not allowed ! Somehow managed to reach hotel thru local auto and yes hotel is decent and it hardly mattered after the nonsense experience we had with locals . Won’t visit this city again for sure !!!

My stay at Hotel Arunachala at Tiruvannamalai was very good, the hotel staff were highly competent cooperative and helpful during our stay and ensured we had a hassle free stay. As the town had lot of road closures and diversions, the Hotel staff helped us reach the hotel safely by some other route . The hotel has ample safe parking and they have a good indoor restaurant...

Breakfast is waste of money. They give only limited tiffin and are charging more. However stay was great and near the temple.

Excellent and very close to the temple entrance. For devotees doing Giri pradakshina it'll be very convenient.

There is no room service There is no guidance to senior who needs lift There is no proper treatment while serving food The person in reception (on 3-Mar 8pm) is arrogant and informs guests that they are offering free food. There is no free food. I have paid including breakfast. Please treat all guests the same. Kindly do not show your professionalism and smartness to elderly people who are new to the place.

Very close to the raja gopuram of arunachaleswar temple. Restaurant is good. Their travel agent for arranging taxis is not upto mark.

The hotel is decent. Won't say it is great. Good things: 1. Room and bathroom were tidy. 2. Outside temple. Convenient location. 3. Hotel has a restaurant. Bad things: 1. The tv remote was not working. 2. Hot water did not work but they provided a bucket of hot water upon request. 3. You will have to bring your own towel. 4. Water bottle will be provided only upon request. 5. Do not opt for complimentary breakfast option while booking. You can instead order your own breakfast which will be much cheaper and save around rs. 300. 6. Wifi signal is weaker inside the room. You can go to the lobby for strong signal.

The room is not clean and not decent. It is not worthy to value received. Ac is not working. Flooring is skidy. Bed is small. Not advisable for stay. Restaurant is very croudy and very late service.

Very neat rooms. Good food, nice hospitality. Only thing was we requested rooms at the topmost floor for better view of the city and it didn't happen. Otherwise very good
