Filippo is an absolute gem of a host – kind, helpful, supportive, engaging, so friendly. He runs six simple but large and excellent rooms in the exact center of town, right in the heart of bustling, wonderful Tivoli. Prices are on point, a nice custom breakfast in the morning, all the guidance you'll need to make the most of your visit and touring. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay in the historic center of Tivoli with Regina B&B. Filipo was a great host and took good care of us. The accommodations are rustic but updated nicely. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop overlooking the square. It's nicely decorated and has a nice sun shield to mitigate the bright sun and offer shade. We enjoyed our morning tea and early evening wine up there listening to the sounds in the square below. The breakfasts were very tasty and served with cheer.There are only 3 rooms so it was nice to meet the other guests and enjoy the homey feel of the place. You should know that there is no nearby parking. You can pull up and drop off your bags, but you have to be rung into the main hall by Filipo (so coordinate by WhatsApp with him a specific time to arrive to be sure he can meet you). The rooms are 2 stories up by fairly narrow stairs. There are plenty of restaurants all over Tivoli, and the street right in front of the B&B leads down to several different price ranges. Our favorite was Sebilla. You need to make reservations in advance, but well worth the view and the very reasonable price for the views and quality food.

We loved staying here -- the owner is wonderful and made us feel very comfortable. He also made us a dinner reservation and a great breakfast in the morning! We will be staying here again in the future. It was also nice to hear about the history of the town from him as well!

This was a fabulous stay. Fillipo gave great insights to incredible restaurants and local sites. He went with us to buy bus tickets and walked us to the proper bus stop! Lodging was large and very comfortable. Gorgeous building. Cannot recommend highly enough. We loved the home away from home experience and absolutely loved beautiful Tivoli You will not find a better host. Grazie mille.

What a wonderful experience We loved this place! It was recommended to us by an old friend. He said it was a must do so we did it! Our bedroom overlooked the Piazza. There was a wonderful rooftop terrace. The host and owner. Felipo met us every morning and took us to a café cappuccino and fresh juice and pastries. Clean clean, clean Filippo and his housekeeper Sarah were So inviting and helpful.

Seulement confort ! Ce lieu n"est absolument mais absolument pas pas un bed and breakfest c'est une arnaque cacher sur votre site et que je payer très couteux pour absolument rien ! Ce site est simplement une chambre plus pour loué mais confortable . Il y a un autre appartement avec des table et chaise mais le responsable insiste pour sortir d'aller prendre un café ou déjeuner a l'extérieur dans un bistro a 2minutes de appartement accompagné par lui ! Non c'est Non un peut intimement quand même ! Un Bed and breakfest c'est un lieu pour dormir et manger différent chose qui son offert sur place dans une cuisine salle a manger mais sans ce faire être achaler par le propriétaire qui est très accaparant. le matin aussi tôt que vous ouvrer votre porte de chambre il vous appel par votre prénom .
