伊爾卡門牧場酒店(Rancho Hotel El Carmen)

Reserve 2 veces mi estadía. Una con un mes de anticipación y la segunda con 2 semanas dé antelación ambas me las cancelaron, la ultima el mismo día del check in. Tenían un evento y decidieron no darme la habitación sin ni una disculpa de por medio. Aparte tienen un animal salvaje (cocodrilo) en pésimas condiciones. Voy a reportar para que verifiquen si este cuenta con permiso por las autoridades.

Trato y atención del personal excelente, las aplicaciones prometen pantalla y wifi y no tienen en las habitaciones, falta un extractor en el baño y un bote de basura en la habitación

Había telarañas y en el restaurante los desayunos es lo que hay en todos los restaurantes. Las instalaciones muy bonitas, tranquilo el lugar, la atención es buena

Muy bonito lugar, es una hacienda muy tranquila, el cuarto estaba limpio y la atención es buena.

Me gustó mucho su hospitalidad y la alberca, creo que el lugar se va a poner más bonito con todos los árboles que han sembrado en el terreno propiedad del hotel.

I went there many years ago, and now it is not as beautiful as it used to be. It feels abandoned and outdated, and not only that, it feels as if you were invading someone else's house. It is clean but not tidy. However, the Rapids service was great, and we had fun. We only stayed one night since it didn't feel inviting. Hopefully, it will be brought back to its past glory.

Do not stay at this property. My army tent was better than this place. The doors and windows are not sealed so all the rooms were full of spiders, mosquitoes, and huge stink bugs. The water in shower in #27 was just cold water. The mini split AC leaked water into the upstairs bedroom flooding the floor. I had to place bath towels on floor to stop water. I also put a trash can at the leak to catch the water. It was obvious we had no clean towels but house keeping did not give us clean towels. All housekeeping did was make the beds. They did not clean the room. Very disappointed.
