My title describes and adequately confirms the accomodations of this VRBO. We will definitely stay here for future family gatherings whenever we return to Toccoa. Safe, convenient, extremely clean, quiet and welcoming!

Beautiful, pristine cottage in great location
Host was gracious, accommodating and kind. We were there for my father’s funeral and arrived to a sweet note expressing condolences. Quickly responded to questions, easy check-in and out. I can’t recommend highly enough!

Short stay in downtown Toccoa
This property was very well appointed and furnished. It was quiet, comfortable and had plenty of room for the three of us. The laundry facilities were excellent and easy to use. The bathrooms were wonderful, plenty of towels and the master bedroom was warm and inviting. Great place for a getaway!

Lovely Home
I’ve said here 5-6 times in the last year and it has been perfect for my needs every time. Always clean, plenty of fresh towels, quiet with beautiful outdoor spaces. Stephen is a wonderful host - generous with his time and great suggestions!

Wonderful Stay
Our family stayed in this lovely rental for a long weekend. We felt right at home and slept very well. It had everything we needed as if we were at home and plenty of space to put our own stuff. Lots of places to eat nearby.

A beautiful, peaceful, clean, thoughtful owners and more experience. I hope to visit again because of this experience and I'm not joking!If I could rate this property/stay experience properly, 10 isn't high enough!!

I’ve Stayed Three Times!
This guesthouse is perfect for families staying in the Taccoa area. Quiet, clean, comfortable. It has plenty of beds so the kids don’t have to share. The porch is beautiful and a wonderful place for alfresco dining, family games, or your morning coffee.
