Hotel a 2 passi dal centro. Accoglienza molto gentile e disponibile. Prima colazione discreta, buone le torte.finalmente ho trovato materasso e cuscini di mio gradimento. Sicuramente se mi troverò dalle parti di Todi tornerò ad alloggiare in questo albergo. Io e mio marito siamo stati molto bene

Buona sistemazione nel centro storico, con la possibilità di poter lasciare l'auto in un parcheggio custodito nella zona a ZTL. Stanza basic a un prezzo soddisfacente, silenziosa, molto tradizionale ma dotata di tutto il necessario, con qualche segno di vissuto che forse si potrebbe eliminare (nel bagno gorgoglii dell'acqua nei tubi quando si apriva un rubinetto, nell'ascensore la moquette sporca per due giorni di seguito). La posizione è davvero ottimale ma il fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel secondo me è l'estrema cortesia e calorosa accoglienza del personale al desk, che consiglia, assiste, pronto a mettere il visitatore nella condizione migliore. Davvero bravi, complimenti!

Unsure how this hotel gets good reviews. I'm sure that it was once a fine hotel but now it feels very old, tired and distinctly dingy (very dark corridors & rooms). Our room was dark, had an uncomfortable bed and a bathroom with a hand shower over the bath without even a curtain. It was also very noisy, both from people in a nearby cafe/bar & from the bathroom of the room above. Breakfast was OK but fairly limited. The location, very near the centre of Todi, was the only positive of our stay. Personally, I would say this is now a 2 star hotel at best.

We stayed here as part of an Insight Vacations 'Country Roads of Italy' tour. Lovely historic building! Great buffet breakfast. I had a magical view of Umbria from my window. I am aware that at least one couple had plumbing issues in their room, which were reported. My experience was excellent!

Nice simple hotel right in the middle of Todi with parking available a 5 minute walk away. Friendly and helpful staff. We were really happy with it.

We stayed one night at this hotel with a tour group. It is located in the heart of Todi and it was an easy walk to see everything in this charming town. The hotel itself has an old world charm and great views of the countryside. Our room was somewhat run down, however, and had a tiny, hard to use shower. The mattress was uncomfortable and the room dark. The views from our 2 large windows were fantastic with beautiful sunsets/sunrises. We must have had an "average room" because many in our group raved about their awesome rooms, while others said theirs were small and dark. Breakfast was good with fresh fruit, pastries, cereals, bacon, eggs, etc. This hotel just needs some updating and deep cleaning of some of the bed skirts, etc. but it is a great location and quite charming.

We loved it here. Parking is available- though not on site; The hotel is within the walls and it allows for easy walking to all sites and being able to get a real feel for Todi. This is a great town for an evening meal and gelato in the town square. You’ll get Italy at its best with very limited tourists. The hotel has a cute little restaurant with a terrace to sit on too. The food was wonderful and had options for children and vegetarians!

Nice location but the rooms are in desperate need of a refresh. The hallways are dark and dingy. Bathrooms are very odd. I’m sure it’s due to the age of the building but I’m very petite and I had difficulty using the shower. Also the toilet was directly opposite of the bidet and were only two to three inches apart. The mattress and pillows were very thin but somehow lumpy. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. I can say that the staff was very nice. All in all, the location was the best part of this hotel.

Super location , super staff , very clean and welcoming, I would normally give a five star for this , my only complaint is car parking, because it’s all one way systems it’s quite a long drive to get there , and the old road up to garage is not for big cars, and the walk back to hotel is quite steep Also the shower in my room was not for large framed people like myself . To sum up then if your not big framed and have a normal sized car get booked up by their excellent staff

Outstanding customer service is just one of the many features found at the historical Hotel Fonte Cesia located in Todi, a medieval hill town in Umbria. Nunzia and Anna Frustagatti manage this little four-star gem located just steps away from the Piazza del Popolo where alfresco dining and gelato are to be found. Our large room had lots of storage, a mini fridge, TV, fresh bed linens, and a large terrace overlooking the countryside. A buffet breakfast was included with outside seating available. The customer service at this hotel goes beyond what is expected. From arranging transportation to providing restaurant options, and sightseeing opportunities both Nunzia and Anna made sure that our visit was one of comfort and discovery, in other words a delightful experience. I highly recommend the Hotel Fonte Cesia and only wish we could have had more time to explore more of Todi’s splendor.

My wife and I spent most of a week here, as part of a regional tour. The location in the center of Todi was very convenient to the restaurants and other attractions. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and there was a nice breakfast in the morning. We were there very late in the season and their restaurant was closed, so we cannot comment, but there were many fine nearby options. The inn has its own private parking area a short walk away. The room assigned to us was very spacious, and we had our own deck. While clean and fully equipped, the bathroom was tiny. I would have likely rated this inn higher overall, but I know that some other rooms that others in our group had were not as spacious as ours, or did not have a deck. Overall a very good experience.

The hotel is very centrally located in the fairytale town of Todi. It is an old charming building. The reception area and common spaces were nice. Our room was fine. I did not like the decoration but that is my personal taste. The bathroom was fine, a little small but ok. It would have been nice to have a minibar. The staff was ok and the breakfast too. Everything together it was a good stay.

Hotel centralissimo situato a pochi metri da Piazza del Popolo e dai principali negozi del centro storico di Todi. Ambienti arredati in stile classico. Camere ampie, pulite e ben riscaldate. Servizio cortese, gentile, preciso e puntuale. Staff dell'albergo squisito, disponibile e soprattutto sorridente.  Il tutto ha contribuito a rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno a Todi.

Albergo sito al centro di Todi, praticamente sulla rocca, bellissimo personale ottimo gentile compresa la direttrice. Ma la camera che ci hanno riservato avendola chiamata panoramica, non lo era per nulla. Comunque pulitissima. La doccia piccola e stretta. Però non vale assolutamente la 4 stella. In primis non avevano il servizio ristorante. Ho soggiornato tre notti, dal 12 al 15 agosto. e ho pagato a notte 180€ che poi se facevo la quarta notte era di 165€ sempre a notte. La nota dolente, o meglio le noti dolenti sono ben due: la prima per quella cifra mi aspettavo il buffet della colazione compresa nella spesa, invece il buffet composto dal semplice salato, qualche dolce e i croissant vuoti, e caffetteria da bar, sono a pagamento a ben 8€ a persona per mattina, quando fuori a 30m vi è il bar della piazza, con la stessa tipologia e al prezzo di 3,50 € per due persone caffetteria all'italiana. Altro enorme nota dolente, il parcheggio, Di fatto pagare 10€ a notte per un parcheggio non custodito, stretto che entra se messe bene 5 o 6 vetture (oggi tutte suv) con ingresso a portone stretto e buio, mi sembra assolutamente quasi un "furto" anche esso dovrebbe essere compreso nel soggiorno. In altri alberghi fanno pagare certamente. ma hanno garage veri e attrezzati. no un pergolato chiuso (sempre aperto alla fine) da un portone di legno largo 3m. Ovviamente poi bisogna salire sopra in piazza a piedi, e se hai una persona con delle problematiche, rimane difficile. l'Alternativa il parcheggio libero in basso alla cattedrale della Ss Consolazione, collegato da bus navetta gratuito, sino all'ingresso dell'hotel. Ovviamente non è da tutti.
