因為訂房訊息酒店處理錯了，沒有留出房間，當晚滿房，前台給我們升級到隔壁同一集團的酒店，公寓式的，非常不錯

Checked in at 2:45, website said rooms were available at 3pm. We have 3 children, one an infant and another 2 years old. We were hopeful about securing our room for nap time. We were informed by the front desk in a very flippant manner that only king rooms were available. We asked how long and she threw her hand up in the air and said she had to wait on housekeeping. We said a king room wouldn’t work and she pointed to the lobby to wait with the other 4 guests who were told the same. She later called us up and said she had two adjoining rooms, again, she was dismissive and curt. My wife and I expressed this wouldn’t work. I addressed her attitude with me and asked if there was someone else I should be speaking with, her response was there’s no management on a holiday. Seemed odd. While we waited, the front desk worker would wander through the lobby texting on her phone. An older couple eventually left. Finally, we were summoned to the desk again. The front desk lady said she had a suite with 2 queens. We accepted and I thanked her for making it right. We’ve stayed here before and booked again because we enjoyed it so much. I’d think twice again about booking. There was no reason to be rude with us from the start. We were cordial and professional, as well as understanding. My wife and I are in hospitality and we’re shocked by how we were spoken too. Shame, this was a nice place.

The front desk staff upon arrival was very helpful, gave some recommendations on where to eat. Also she was very polite and accommodating as my wife and I checked in. When we checked out we were also treated by another front desk staff who was polite.

They were using an machine that sprayed what smelled like vapor bleach in the room…I couldn’t breathe and changed rooms. They gave me the room next door which also smelled like bleach and the TV didn’t work. I called the desk and they stated they would try to get someone up to fix it. Faster a half hour I still couldn’t breath I changed to room #3

The shower curtain was very wrinkled. They were put out when asked for more towels. They don`t clean the rooms unless you stay 3 nights. I expected more for $200 a night.

Overall our stay was good! We couldn’t use the TV and was told by front desk they would get maintenance on the issue, that didn’t happen. I also didn’t like that we couldn’t use our room key to access the pool we had to go get front desk to come open the door with a key! This is not my first time at this hotel. I usually have wonderful things to say about it and that’s why I keep going back. This time was a little different!

Very comfortable, clean and nice. Nicer and more reasonably priced than another hotel Istayed at in the same area.

Everything was good but it was STAINED by Melissa, the night rep, that profiled me. She was ****** and treated along those lines with her speech rhetoric and posture. I will forever be stained by the experience, and I will be calling corporate. I will never stay there again.

My room felt dirty. Sheets wrinkled and bed not made way my stays had been in past. My room faced a very large bright light that didn’t get blocked out by curtains. Loud noises in hall and room above me. Very disappointed.

Very disgusting , stains, garbage leaking though the halls.

During my stay, a member of the hotel staff came into my room during a particularly bad time. She did not knock. She just came in. She quickly left when I raised my voice. I was so put off by this that I left the hotel and stayed somewhere else. I will not go back.
