託萊多市中心萬麗酒店(Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel)

I stay in a lot of different hotels each year. This one was clean and the restaurant food was actually very good. We ate at both and the quality of food was delicious. Very close to the convention center. Friendly staff. If I’m in Toledo again I’d stay. They had lots of fun things to do hand wise. Pool, checkers, connect 4 just to name a few. Lots of places to gather. Beautiful view of the river.

Clean, and comfortable. The room doors are very thin so hallway noise is an issue, and we unfortunately had a room with an older tub and shower. But the hotel is conveniently located and the Heights restaurant is very good. The view of the river is gorgeous.

shoddy materials, broken fixtures, expired cream, loud mechanical noises from inside the building early on a Sunday morning...the epitome of superficial...no better than a highway motel

The room was over all disgusting. The blinds and ceiling looked like they had blood splatter. There was mold all over the bathroom. The tub didn’t it drain and sediments would rise out of it while showering. Even the towels and bedding had very visible satins. When address it with the hotel they stated since I booked through a third party there was nothing they could go, not even more us rooms.

We had a one night stay in a comfortable room. The Heights restaurant was very good, both the service and the food.

I had an excellent experience. The hotel is within walking distance to everything you need. The property is clean and well organized. The check in process was easy and the staff was great. I would highly recommend this hotel to any looking to stay downtown.

The stay itself was great after the valet. The valet experience did not meet expectations. I had to walk in and give my keys. No one met me at my vehicle. However when I got to the desk to checkin, it went uphill. Service was great. I was given glasses for my wine. It was an easy checkin process. The room was clean and was comfortable. The view was amazing. I made a market purchase which was simple. Checkout was easy. The valet experience was lacking. I had a tip in my hand and no one opened my vehicle door or assisted or offered to assist. It did not overshadow the stay.
