Homewood Suites by Hilton Toledo Downtown

Overall, this is a great place to stay at. My husband and I stayed here with our pet for 10 days. We used valet for our vehicle and there was no problem with getting our vehicle. Great staffs on site whether that was the front desk or valet people. The janitor were nice. I would recommend people to stay here. There are two big nice parks by the hotel that you can walk to. Close restaurants near by.

The only thing that really irritated me was the next morning when I had a pretty stacked schedule not being able to get a luggage cart or any assistance with bring all my luggage down to the lobby and then being told the valet I paid for couldn’t get my car because there was a parade after I dragged all my professional photography (lights and all) equipment down myself. I feel guests should have been informed of the parade the night before at check in so they could make necessary arrangements. I was stuck waiting to leave the parking garage for over 30 min. The whole morning was simply a fiasco.

We visited because our son wrestled at Novice States at Glass City Center. We absolutely loved the room, service was excellent, breakfast was delicious and hot. We will visit and stay with your hotel again. Thank you!

Pricey with extra fees and taxes. Rooms are nice, but beds are hard, the pull out bed is terrible, very thin mattress. They should provide extra sheets and blankets. It does have a convenient location.

This hotel was AWFUL. The customer service was rude and barely helpful. We had to switch rooms two times due to cleanliness (blood on the walls and a bloody soaked towel, USB ports missing from room (ripped out of where they were). When we told the front desk her reply was "This is why we can have nice things." We did not even receive an apology.

This day was absolutely wonderful. From the time I pulled into the drive Valley parking was nice customer service wonderful bar tender The best.The view was just awesome. I had a very nice time. It was very, very clean.

So beautiful. Amazing view of city and river. Convenient, walkable location. Excessive parking cost, especially for a city of this size. Can find cheaper parking sorta close but may cost more than u think if taking car out. Breakfast buffet was just ok on Sat but great on Sun; however, end time at 900 is waaay too early (although it stayed open longer than they said). Napa restaurant on site had good food and unique, cool seating options. Fitness center large, different, fun.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in a very good spot the staff was friendly and the breakfast was 🔥🔥🔥

The suite was sweet. Could've accommodated 8 but 6 comfortably. Had views of ballpark and surrounding areas. Staff nice, breakfast good and cost was great.
