湯布里奇北普瑞米爾酒店(Tonbridge North)

Non all'altezza di altri Premium Inn (come ad esempio quello di Colchester centro) ma comunque un discreto deal per 70 sterline. Hotel datato camere accoglienti ma con qualche problemino tecnico (l'acqua del rubinetto scendeva solo calda ad esempio, la ventola del bagno rumorosissima). Hotel senza ascensore. Ne aria condizionata In camera caffè e tea a disposizione anche in reception. Accoglienza tiepida dal receptionist con i capelli lunghi. Non abbiamo sentito il calore dell'hotel di Colchester. Ma va bene cosi .. Era anche il 31 dicembre.

The staff at the Premier Inn in Tonbridge were excellent - welcoming and always accomodating.They even went out their way to secure the quietest room in the hotel as well as resolve my WiFi issue.The room was clean and well supplied. Just a nice and realxing stay. Thank you to Premier Inn Tonbridge.

Nice friendly staff, really comfy bed!! Bathroom needed a bit of tlc but was perfectly serviceable. Went to the pub next door for dinner and my meal was fine but others were served cold, service was good and staff there were very friendly and more than apologetic when things went wrong. Seemed like just an off day in the kitchen

When we entered the room it had a very bad smell.mould all over skirting by bathroom. Hall light flickering and standing lamp fault. No heating in room wet room dangerous water fro shower did not drain.marks on wall and carpet. Did not listen to complaint told me to fill in form on website room hindered my breathing had to go to reception in night 4 times as coughing with the mould

Very tired hotel and restaurant attached. Hotel rooms clean, basic and plain. More for sleeping (comfy beds) than relaxing. Staff friendly and helpful. If staying more than one night no room service unless requested. Only 1 bath and hand towel left for 2 people, have to request more. Adjoining restaurant, outside approach tables littered with piles os cigarette buts, broken lights, path littered with garden plant debris making trip hazards. Restaurant food lacking in health choices, too much deep fried. Breakfast reasonable. All food costs extra to room cost.

We recently stayed overnight whilst visiting our son. We only paid £40 for the room, excellent value. The hotel is clean and comfortable, bed very good but we didn’t find the pillows comfortable. The room was standard PI fare but it was an unusually big room for PI making it look a bit sad as not enough furniture in it. Breakfast next door at the Beefeater was fantastic value and surprisingly good albeit simple fare. Would stay again.

In fact no welcome at all, no smile, just a You are too early so you will have to wait, yes your room is ready but there is still another 15 minutes until 3pm check in so you will have to wait....its all on the website!

Nice quiet hotel room with free Wi-Fi and the option to have breakfast and dinner. Comfortable and relaxed. No lift so must be able to manage stairs, friendly staff, room was clean, bathroom had shower and bath facilities . Desk with two chairs and tv with good quality picture and sound. Overalll lovely stay over new year and close enough to shops and town centre
