Everything is good

Staff was WONDERFUL. She even kept the hot tub open late for us when we got in late, and it was great. Only thing that could have made the stay better was if they'd let me take a spin in that Porsche race car they have in the lobby ;^)!

Very comfortable bed and bedding. The staff is awesome and helped me when I missed a day due to a flight stuck in weather. The breakfast area was clean and so was the pool. Very easy to get to Salt Lake City

The room was clean and appeared (at first glance). But there were old blood stains on the underside of the top blanket. Also the rooms temp could not be adjusted to a comfortable level. This made sleeping very restless (which is how I found the blood. VERY off putting!

Hotel was very clean! Room was very clean! The staff was super friendly! The pool area was clean. The actual pool felt really nice, not too hot, not too cold. The hot tub felt amazing. Breakfast was decent. I would definitely stay here again.

The people working in the breakfast room were great! Wiping down countertops and tables. Everything thing was fresh and hot. Room was very clean. Desk staff were great. Only negative was some traffic noise from people with what are probably loud after market exhausts. Didn't happen too often but for the quietest room, ask for one in the back.

Everything was fine, the room, the property, the air conditioning other than the person who checked me in. I was standing on the line to check in and it was my turn. The desk person tells me he’s serving the person who was behind me, because he was there before me. That hit me… that man wasn’t there when I walked in. I don’t care if they had unfinished business, they both had to respect the line. On top of that the front deck guy wasn’t even friendly at all. It was annoying.

Got this hotel specifically for the hot tube, they didn't bother letting us know it wasn't working. The housekeeper started knocking on the door at 8 for every 30 minutes and at 10 o'clock she said she was giving us 5 minutes to be out when check out was at 11. This was a disappointing stay.

The staff at checkin was so sweet and cheerful. The room was great. And check out was super easy. No complaints!
