This was the perfect location for us and our planned activities. When we entered the building there was a funky smell in the hallway that I didn’t like, but fortunately this was not present in the unit. We were on ground level, so the outside patio area was wonderful! There was a heatwave while we were there and we discovered this unit did not have air conditioning. We set both the thermostats as low as we could (45), but that only made the furnace fan run. Otherwise, a nice unit. Comfortable beds. The pullout couch is rather warm out and I don’t think it was folded back in properly so it took some work to get it pulled out and back on its rails. Not the most comfortable, but it is a pullout couch. The air mattress was also excellent!
