Very old property located in a great area, especially if you love good eats and drinks. Not an ideal spot at night for a restful sleep as it’s loud and close to local frat/sorority houses. Puke all over the front steps in the morning. The interior of the room was dated, not comfortable and could use a serious scrubbing from top to bottom

L'hôtel est en plein coeur des fraternités universitaires, et à proximité d'un bar. Les week-ends, party extérieurs de 21h30 à dépassé 3 heures du matin. Aucune isolation des murs extérieurs, donc on entend la fête littéralement comme si on y était. La porte patio ne barrait pas. Le lit dit "King" était en réalité 2 lits simples collés. Éclairage dans la chambre très faible et limité. Réception fermée à partir de 21h et à une adresse différente de L'hôtel. Je n'y retournerai plus et je ne recommande pas. Prix beaucoup surévalué pour la qualité de l'endroit.

We enjoyed the great location downtown near the university campus the rooms were nice with the older building charm. Clean and well maintained. We stayed Friday and Saturday night, and the bar and frat beside the hotel were LOUD for most of the night, but we figured that may happen. There real shocker was the one ply toilet paper, have not had that pleasure since our last camping adventure

An old established brick Victorian building in a college neighborhood in Toronto. It Is established, attached to a huge pub complex for younger folks. The room was quaint, clean and a nice well appointed bathroom. It i had parking and is close to transit. The Price was wonderful.

Our room was 103: in the basement with a single high window and a strong scent of the laundry 8m down the hall. It was a hole. Beds the Y would not accept. The 'lively pub' area was filthy: the occupancy limit for the first floor (there are two) was 340. That is NOT a pub! We did not stay. If seduced by 'manor' or 'boutique' or even 'hotel': RESIST (What does '3 stars' mean??)

The hotel itself is charming and we would have enjoyed our stay thoroughly but for the appallingly noisy Saturday night party at the frat house next door which kept us awake until 1:00 am. Might be an OK place to stay other than on a weekend.
