骯髒、服務差、黑暗甚至可怕，沒有游泳池。這是一次可怕的經驗。走廊看起來像一個地牢，房間很髒，牆壁很長時間沒有打掃，地毯有污漬，地板很黏。床單、沙發和浴缸都髒兮兮的，而且已經老化了。試圖退款並找到其他地方，但服務人員告訴我聯繫********，當********打電話給接待處時，他擱置了很長時間沒有接聽他們，最終我自己去了，他正在檢查他的手機，沒有做任何事情並拒絕退款。至少我們只在那裡住了一晚。但這絕對不值得。

Le personnel est sympa, l'emplacement de l'hôtel au bord de la route est très bruyant, le frigo bruyant que j'ai dû arrêter, odeurs de cuisine des plats réchauffés par la clientèle... À éviter si vous recherchez le calme, sinon ça dépanne

The service was unacceptable i was called 4 diefferent times during my travels and was asked if im still coming to the hotel or if I cancelled my room. The last phone call i was told if im not there by a certain time they will cancel my room and will have to find another hotel somewhere else.I do not recomend this hotel at all

Not one to post a bad review but I was very disappointed here. Building is older (not necessarily bad) and in need of repairs and upgrades. Our bathroom door made loud clunking noises when closing and the main door had to be slammed to engage the locks. Hallway carpets are well worn and need replacing. Room itself was decent and clean although noisy with yelling and kids crying. One thing not noted on the ads was it appeared there were long term residents in the building. While this is not a deal breaker, this should be noted on the ads and websites.

Dans l’ensemble pas si pire. Le déjeuner inclus y’a jamais de place pour s’asseoir. Pis les clients sont pas respectueux ils claquent les portes et grosse chicane dans la chambre à côté.

I booked my hotel thru your company. I was overcharged. I tried to cancel reservation when I realized I was 20 mins away from where I needed to be. I tried cancelling but your company said i could not cancel. I get to the hotel and sign on door said full. An hour later a gentle man walks in and asked if there was rooms available? The desk clerk answered yes and told him it was $120.00 for the night. He booked the room for that price. My fees were $363 for the night. I had to ask for a blow dryer. Only one pillow per person.

I was shown my room. It looked very nice and clean. It was NOTHING like it was supposed to be. I creid. I would like someone to call me. I have many many pics Id like a refund and i truly believe we should be offered a comp room. We are here for work
