多倫多市中心麗笙酒店(Radisson Blu Toronto Downtown)

Clean environment , friendly staff, comfortable bed and great room, location was ideal for exploring Toronto on foot. An exceptional choice which made our first stay in Toronto magical.

Our stay at Radisson Blu was okay. The parking garage smelt horrific. Check in was smooth and convenient. I wasn’t fond of the guest service trying to upsell and offer us an upgraded room at a cost. Once we entered the room it had an in pleasing smell. There room was spacious! There was a lot of visible hair lying around on the bed linens, in the bathroom and on the floor. I mentioned it to guest service but the did nothing to rectify the problem. I ended up driving to a dolllar store near by to buy slippers to wear so we didn’t walk on the floor. The bed linen was stained with I’m not sure what it was. This was at least replaced. The rooms are not modern but the space makes up for it. The bathroom has mold in the ceiling which needed to be addressed. There was no light in the shower and it was a bit dark. The area around the facility was convenient and walking distance to many major attractions. Overall the hotel was okay but I definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

Excellent location in visiting Toronto’s main attractions…. Roger’s Stadium, CN Tower , Ripley’s Aquarium, Scotia Bank Arena , Restaurant’s and Toronto’s Harbour Front ! Fun outdoor seasonal pool .. Very kind , attentive staff ! Thx

Don’t be fooled - I booked a room with two Queen beds and “Lake View” but on arrival was told no rooms of this size had lake views. Could see the lake only if stood right by one extreme of the window. Manager told me it was a “communications” issue between me and *******, nothing he could do. The words “I’m sorry” were clearly too much for him. He said he’s told ******* before - I wasn’t convinced. More broadly, hotel is in decent location by the lake but is a low-rise concrete monstrosity. Parking good but very expensive at $35/nt. Bathroom had notable levels of mould in the shower. Wouldn’t recommend.

This hotel was very nice and was in a great location with easy access to everything downtown. The reason I scored them low was the room that we were given had an absolutely terrible view unless you like looking at the elevator shaft. This was by far the worst room on the top floor to possibly be stuck in.
