My gosh that was the prettiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Amenities were wonderful, staff was engaging and hardworking, and very good parfait breakfast. Beautiful rooms, convenient location, I will stay there again soon!

Great vibe

I had an amazing stay here with my boyfriend, the room was spotless and had a very nice and modern decor with hardwood flooring, there was a variety of items available to use like kettles, cutlery and extra linens. We loved the lobby/cafe lounge, it was very clean and all the staff were friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We had the studio room and it worked perfectly for our two night stay, there were lots of great food spots to go to in the area, and the hotel security felt safe. There was no TV to connect to watch movies but there was a large iPad Pro which which came in handy for playing music and watching movies on.

Excellent free breakfast - continental and different. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Quiet residential neighborhood close to main street with subway access and many restaurants/shops. One minor problem: the bathroom floor lets water accumulate rather close to the toilet. An extra towel helps that. Bathroom floor not slippery like so many are today which is good for safety. I would definitely stay there agin - we did 10 nights!

Some of my opinion about my staying at your place. 1.Parking issue. I had to use the public parking lots beside the hotel or the big parking lot across the road during the night, paying too much & inconvenient. 2. Poor Communication : I have not received the email guiding on-line registration until 2 hours before check-in time. Moreover, the message finally came thru ******* after I asked. Regarding the check-in, I called a staff, who was very bureaucratic and not friendly. 3. Another, communication issue : I could not find the explanation on complimentary breakfast on their web site or their brochure. After leaving for breakfast at othe restaurant, I got a text msg on the free breakfast later after I missed it already. 4. Unfriendly staff. Most of the staff were kind, but a girl was very bureaucratic & unkind. 5. Their complimentary meal was insufficient. When I selected my foods, the unfriendly girl bluntly said "One drink, one food only". Just another croissant was not allowed. How much I paid for the room and parking fee. Very much they were. 6. Two insects and a spider made my wife etch on her neck. My and my wife's feeling felt and still really feeling bad. Sorry but frankly. Good things are : - Most staff were kind and responsive except a woman. - Hotel room is modern and enjoyable.

This is a perfect place for young or young at heart travelers! My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the room, the cafe and bar downstairs, and the surrounding area. No kids anywhere?! It's like a perfect world haha. It did take a little to get used to the set up and small size of the room, but after a few hours I really liked it.

The staff at the annex are great. We had a few issues with our room and they were prompt and helpful. The lobby is great, bar is awesome, and we appreciate the text based checkin and communication. I will say that the hotel is pretty pricey and the rooms are minimalist cool, but they could be more comfortable and have more creature comforts (more toiletries, hangers, iron, better vanity lighting, comfier chair, etc. we’ve stayed at some of the more high end modern hotels in Toronto (the broadview, the drake, the Thompson, etc) and we found the staff to be the very best at the annex, but the room to be the least comfortable (maybe it ties with the drake). We also always pick the cheapest (smallest) room wherever we stay FWIW. That said we would stay again because they made the experience memorable and we felt very well taken care of.

From the moment we arrived the staff was a big help. There's no elevator so the staff carried all of our luggage to the room (We had enough luggage for 25 days) which was no easy task. The room was modern, large and comfortable. It was a short and easy walk to both food, transportation and shopping. It was by far the best place we stayed on our very long and exhausting trip.
