Very spacious and clean place for 4 person. With lots of cafe and park nearby. There is even Tim Hortons nearby if I'm not wrong, it is 24 hrs Room size was spacious equip with washer and dryer in room itself . Efficient layout. Dishwasher and stove all in good condition. TV can play nextflix etc. An enjoyable stay

This condo oversells itself on the listing. I arrived to a very average cleaned apartment. We had no soap, tea sugar etc like most apartments tend to have. However those weren’t of concern, the bath they advertised wouldn’t fill, it would just empty as quick as you filled it. But worst of all the beds were awful, take heed anyone looking at this review and avoid booking a stay here. Pay maybe 100 dollars more for a much better quality apartment elsewhere. The bed was so bad my partner and I woke up after 4 hours sleep each night with back pain, so what was meant to be a 10 year anniversary celebration turned in to a 4 night stay to forget! The team messaged me asking how was my first night and I told them I really struggled on the bed, so they ignored me instead of asking me how they can help or try to give me even a topper to help with comfort. Overall 1/10 customer service and apartment 2/10. Location was okay but better being closer to downtown imo.

The unit is outdated and not what it is advertised on the website. Furniture is fragile and outdated. The bed and mattress are horrendous. Went for a one night stay for a 10 year anniversary, my wife couldnt sleep due to the bed and we ended up leaving at 3am in the morning. Towels and bedsheets hanging wet in the closet, patio was full of cigarette butts and other debris. Do not stay here

Great location, wonderful city My stay was nice, and comfortable. I would say my biggest complaint was that the curtains did not close well and were definetly not wide enough to give you enough privacy and the elevators were extremely slow. The place itself was relatively clean, furnished well and the location was great. I enjoyed the time I spent there. This place has the basics you need and if it doesnt there's plenty of places you can walk to. Victor

It is a nice apartment that had all the requirements for a nice stay. Quite and had a balcony to look at the colorful lights in Toronto. Very close to Rogers Center to see a concert or Blue Jays game.
