歐德酒店(ODE)

If you are looking for a fancy hotel with a lot of amenities this is not it. But if you want a comfortable, clean, nice room in a quirky neighborhood with friendly and helpful staff, at a good price, then I recommend Ode. the owner and her staff were very helpful and made sure I had whatever I needed. The room was very nice and had character, spacious, with a nice bathroom.

We were going to spend 3 nights in TORONTO and had done some research on the internet to find a nice hotel. Our search led us to ODE. The neighborhood in which this establishment is located is really nice, but what we don't tell you is : 1. the streetcar runs non-stop and it passes in front of this establishment making a noise and vibration that keeps you awake all night; 2. there's a bar that stays open until 2 a.m. (again, it's hard to get a good night's rest when you can hear the bar's music and customers talking all the time); 3. as you're in a converted cellar, your only view is of the sidewalk. Of course, these inconveniences are not mentioned at the time of booking, and no refunds are possible (except 30 days before the booking date) for a rate of CAD 400 per night. So, in order to have a good stay in TORONTO, we had no choice but to find a real, comfortable, quiet hotel...and get the hell out of there.

Ode is a hidden gem! You really feel like family when you stay and the hosts go that extra mile to make sure you are super well taken care of. The beds are insanely comfy and the rooms are beautifully decorated. Will definitely come back!

Absolutely loved the rooftop patio. Wonderful location in Little Portugal. Dined in a different restaurant each night. And the artwork !!!

Updated room and friendly owners AND you can support an independent business while staying in a fun neighborhood. I’ll stay here again next time I come to Toronto

If you are looking for a low key, comfortable place to stay that is beautifully managed but lightly staffed, this is a great choice in a great area. The rooms are big and full of thoughtful touches, so you feel taken care of but there is no reception or food on the premises. We would definitely stay again as we wanted to be out and about rather than hanging out at a hotel.

Great location for peace near great bars & restaurants. The streetcar is right outside. Lovely room - bathroom in room 8 was a bit tiny, but there was plenty of space to keep toiletries.

LOVED this unique little hotel! Had everything we needed. Lots of walkable options for coffee, food and cocktails, staff and owners are amazing!

Great way to discover less touristy areas of Toronto- filled with great restaurants and cafés! Definitely coming back! Their patio is a great common space to relax in too!
