多倫多X睿智集酒店(Hotel X Toronto by Library Hotel Collection)

Very nice..Beautiful view. I would stay there again. A little disappointed with the size of the pool and having to reserve a 2 hour window to be poolside but besides that it was the perfect distance from both BMO field and The Budweiser Stage. Staff were courteous and friendly too.

Good location for what we needed. Not downtown but easy to get to. Fire alarm went off the first night which was a little annoying but otherwise great.

Mattress for a quality hotel like this very sub par, as is the size of shower and size of bathroom itself , for a corner king JR suite, unimpressive for the price. I won’t return.

Booked a last minute room to be within walking distance of Budweiser Stage for a concert, this Hotel is absolutely worth every penny. Great amenities, wonderful staff, beautiful rooms with amazing views. And the in room dining service was superb, and surprisingly well priced for the portion sizes. Had both dinner & breakfast in room for 2 people with beverage service and was under 200, for the quality & quantity it was a great deal. I would hands down recommend HotelX Toronto to anyone, and most certainly will be back myself.

This is my 10th stay at Hotel X this concert season. I’m used to better service. Valet did not charge my vehicle despite being asked 2x by myself and at least once by the front desk. After waiting 30min for my vehicle , I had to go back into the parking garage, pay $5 to charge 30min before I could get on my way. Yea…. Had to pay $5 when I had just paid for valet services. The valet attendant just shrugged, no worries it was his tip I used to pay for parking!
