We stayed her for 2 nights. Everything from the very warm welcome to the beautiful room and thoughtful touches was amazing. Alex and Stacey were the perfect hosts and even moved their car so my sister could park hers in a bigger spot. Breakfast was superb, top ingredients and perfectly cooked. Even last night there were mini Victoria cakes at reception free of charge. Everything about our stay has been perfect and we will definitely be back.

We had a lovely 6 night stay at Heathcliff house in August and it couldn't have been nicer. The hosts, Stacey and Alex were very friendly and accommodating. A very clean and beautiful old house. Would highly recommend.

Room was very big and spotless also had all you needed in there, tea, coffee etc. plus toiletries all you needed. Bed was extremely comfortable, bathroom was lovely, shower great. Stacey & Alex were so accommodating, friendly & helpful. You couldn’t have asked for more, nothing was too much trouble. Would we stay there again absolutely.

Alex & Stacey were excellent hosts. Lovely rooms. Fab breakfast. Good location, with onsite parking and a bus stop outside the hotel. Bus service very reliable. Will definitely return.

Stayed nine days and once again Stacey and Alex could not have been more helpful and friendly. It is our second visit and looking forward to seeing them again next year. A lovely couple and a super place to stay. The breakfasts were very good and the addition of pancakes a great idea. The sausages are the best.

Such an amazing stay with the best and most professional B&B owners I've ever met. The rooms are fantastic, the wifi is just lightning fast so perfect for business people who need rapid internet, and the breakfast is award winning and enough to get you going for the day. Free parking in the large car park on site, a lovely quiet neighbourhood really handy for getting around Torquay and other places like Paignton, Brixham, Dartmouth etc. Fantastic customer service - honestly just the best. Everything was just perfect.

We received a warm welcome from Alex and Stacey. They were great hosts; very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotless, wth extra touches like shampoo and liquid soap. A bottle of water was left in the room each day, plus a small flask of fresh milk if we requested it. Breakfasts were excellent, with a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, yoghurts and small pastries available, as well as full cooked breakfast. Car parking was included in the price, so we were able to leave the car and use the local buses which stop nearby. Thank you both for looking after us so well. We hope to be back!

Another fantastic stay and warm welcome received by Alex & Stacey at Heathcliff House B&B. We booked room 7 which is such a lovely, clean, bright and comfortable room. A super king size bed (we slept like a log), tea and coffee making facilities with fresh milk which is placed in the fridge in the room. Complimentary bottled water is given too. The shower room has all the washing facilities that is needed. Breakfast was superb with locally sourced ingredients which set us up for the day. There is a lovely bar at this B & B where you can interact with other guests and Alex & Stacey when returning from an evening out. A nice touch which we have never had before is that Stacey bakes cakes once or twice a week and they are left in the reception area for the guests to enjoy. Omg, they were absolutely delicious. We even took some home!!! We cannot fault the comfortable stay and hospitality received from Alex and Stacey. They are 1st class hosts and they really do look after you. In fact they cannot do enough for you. We will be back!! Thank you. Maria & Steve.

This is the second time I've stayed at Heathcliff House (so far). Each stay has been in a different room, but both rooms I've been in have been really well decorated and maintained. The breakfast is amazing (I had a cooked breakfast every day!) Alex and Stacey are the best hosts I've come across, (and I've stayed in a lot of places). Nothing is too much trouble for them, they will try their best for any request and are genuinely really lovely people. I loved my stay and although I've only been back a couple of days, I'm already thinking of going back 🙂 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service. You won't regret booking a stay here. Thank you Alex and Stacey. See you soon.

We had the most perfect weekend here the rooms were large impeccably clean breakfast was top drawer cooked to the highest standard all locally sourced and a lot of it . The hosts Alex and Stacey they are the most perfect couple amazing host. We have stayed in quite a lot of places in Torquay and I can honestly say Alex and Stacey are by far the best people we have met they really made our weekend perfect I can’t praise them enough. We will be back soon. Again Alex and Stacey we thank you. Alex and Stacey were lovely, I felt very at ease during my stay. The beds were really comfortable, enjoyable breakfast (especially the mushrooms!) Very good knowledge about different sites/places to visit and some good tips on nice coffee places

We just had a 4 night stay in Torquay and we got lucky because we checked into Heathcliff House managed by Alex and Stacey. The rooms are all good and the breakfast selection is brilliant. Parking is fee and we used the excellent local bus service to get around, with bus stops right outside. A great b/b run by Alex & Stacey who do everything to make your stay memorable the breakfast sets you up for the day the large bedrooms are spotless with tea & coffee facilities.There is a bar available with plenty of car parking space with a bus stop outside & Torre railway station only 100 metres away, we will be back when in the area.

A very warm welcome awaits you on arrival, the room was bright comfortable and spacious with tea & coffee , fridge, fresh milk and ample wardrobe space. A fantastic breakfast with an abundance of cereals, fresh fruit and pastries alongside a choice of full English breakfast items to kickstart your day. Close to all amenities and shops with easy access to Paignton Brixham and beyond. The hosts very attentive and on hand to ensure your stay is an enjoyable experience. .
