This holiday park was what you would expect, it has caravans, cabins and tents. It also has a variety of different activities in the park such as a pool and mini golf that I enjoyed. When there was a problem the workers dealt with them which was great. One downside to this was the size of the cabins, they were very small. However over all this was a great holiday park would recommend.

We book and paid a deposit for accommodation for the 16th January. The 21st of November they sent email that my booking was cancelled and they were keeping my deposit. I rang them and told them they can’t take my deposit with out offering any services. They refused to give my deposit back and black listed me from all parks Australia wide. (bullies) I did get my deposit back

We had a great stay over new years period for 5 nights. Stayed in #203 superior cabin. Our friends stayed in same style cabins 201 and 202 and all 3 exactly the same. Very modern and clean. Exactly as pictured on website. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 1 toddler. Master bedroom was good but not enough room for suit cases, not a huge issue though for us, but a consideration if you have more than 1 child. Caravan park had a few things to do for kids - playground, mini golf, jumping pillow, go karts, pool. Would stay again in same style cabin. But if not booking a superior cabin would definitely recommend getting pictures of exact cabin as our other friends who stayed in cabins on to eve side of park said pictures didn’t match website for the cabins they booked, also had issues with water not working multiple days.

i think that the park (ingenia holiday park) was a very quiet and friendly not to mention clean and very well kept park. the staff were lovely kind and helpful. the caravan park was easy to navigate and a very enjoyable stay for my family and I.

The park is ordinary and dated. From fluros flickering for 3 days straight in the toilets, dump points out of order. The roadways around the park being gravel is pretty ordinary in 2023 for kids to ride scooters and bikes. The toilets not being cleaned for 48 hours was a real bonus. I understand it's Christmas but your providing a service in which pay a premium for to use. They were absolutely disgusting by boxing day. The facilities such as mini golf was awful. Not sure when it was built but the 1980s want it back. The gardens around the park were atrocious and poorly kept. The fact the bouncy pillow was put down the very back of the park on its own in a paddock as an after thought was weird. On a positive note, the ladies upon arrival were wonderful. We won't be back. Do yourself a favour and stay at Apollo bay and stay away from Torquay altogether. I wish things were different but the whole experience was lacklustre and park felt trashy.

Liked that the powered sites were all synthetic grass - meant we weren't tracking dirt etc into our tent all day. Bathrooms were clean and well serviced, and the camp kitchen was awesome with heaps of BBQs and cooktops. Also lots of facilities for kids - jumping pillow, little cricket pitch, playground, mini golf. Only negative part of our stay was when possums broke into our tent and ate our bread, so make sure you lock up your tent and food!

Had an amazing time at Ingenia Holidays Torquay! The kids couldn't get enough of the park amenities – from the pool to mini golf, jumping pillow, cricket pitch, and more. The location was perfect, close to everything, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Our cabin was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean. A fantastic getaway for families!

Excellent staff, clean facilities, stayed in cabin. Nice n clean with all the necessities. Nice n quiet, Lovely stay. The amenities were older but clean. Excellent camp kitchen with fridges and some awesome commercial electric BBQs and a great under cover area.
