Very clean and close to restaurants. Staff are fantastic. Very safe to say.

We had taken the Cedar cabin, which just nicely meets our requirement for a leisure get-away from city. The sea beach and foreshore are just walking distance. Pleased to share that we have stayed here on multiple occasions in the past as well, and always love to come back.

Staff seemed fantastic and easy to deal with, however this was our most expensive unit on our travels, and the furniture, cooking utensils, plates and glasses were dirtiest. Facilities and camp area were great and the vibe in Torquay is just as you imagine.

Great location right near the beach. Good facilities for tweens and below / jumping pillow and playpark. Also impressed with the camp kitchens. However we hired a wooden two bed cabin and it was dire. Old and outdated inside. Only a small sofa so our family of four couldn’t sit and watch tv together. It was just miserable inside. Prison like. Not even any outdoor furniture for the terrace, or pictures inside. It was clean with fresh sheets etc but really put a depressing edge on our long weekend. Shame as otherwise it’s a nice park and great area.

The cabin we had was roomy and comfortable. Half a toilet roll for 4 nights is not reasonable. Personally Friday and Saturday nights should be offered at a discounted rate as a direct impact of the constant loud music, followed by the carryings on once closed, at the pub!

Nice view facing the ocean … lotsa of good food around the area … room wise is abit old n basis furniture … gets abit cold at night inside.

The location is second to none! The cabin was clean and tidy but extremely run down. For the price though it was what I expected. The staff were absolutely brilliant and kind and their communication was perfect!

Surfside cabins were neat and clean and equiped with all amenities. I would recommend this place to friends. There were only a few minor things I would change, beds were too hard and very uncomfortable, pots and pans needed to be changed to non-stick and it would be awesome if they supplied basic, salt, pepper and cooking oil, other than that it had everything.
