This inn keeper is OUTSTANDING! Having never been in this area before, without my husband but with my teenagers, I was really struggling with the culture shift from what I am used to. There was no cell coverage in the area, heat in the 100s, and the area is desolate. There is no food or gas in this “town.” She was kind, caring, and supportive. She offered to refund my money if I felt I needed to stay somewhere else bc I was struggling with the situation and didn’t realize what I was getting into. She helped me find resources to make me feel more at home and set up my phone herself to connect me to Wi-Fi so I could make and receive calls and texts. I felt comfortable staying there because I knew we were in such good hands. She’s a sweetheart. Anything we needed, she was on it! Couldn’t ask for a better experience… bc of her! Thank you!!! I won’t ever forget it!

I’m sorry to say but the food was terrible and the water in the hot tub / swimming pool looked like it was dirty. Didn’t get in at all. The rooms were very clean and the maid service was great. I tipped the maid. I will not be going back to that hotel. I will be staying at the RV Park the next time I go down..

I'm giving this hotel a 5 bubble because it was exactly what I expected by sifting through reviews. I researched this road trip thoroughly. It's expensive to travel these days in the US and stay in a clean hotel in any highly visited area. I'm surprised at some complaints in reviews. It was clear from the hotel write up that there was no free breakfast of any kind or coffee served in the morning, but there is a coffee maker and coffee in the rooms. Later I will mention the restaurant and store that is right there on the parking lot. This was the third night of our road trip west from Kansas City and we stayed one night. The Noor Hotel feels like it is in the middle of nowhere, but it's really not although nothing but what is in the parking lot is visible or in the immediate vicinity. You can mainly only see nature around you, which was nice in our opinion. The drive on 24 from I 70 to the hotel was stunning. The bathroom sink was located outside of the bathroom which I always prefer. The hotel room was quite nice, and the hotel didn't feel old at all and it was quiet in September. The building is actually more of a 2 story motel style. Lots of outlets were available in our room, a coffee maker, refrigerator, adequate lighting, and our bedding was fine as far as we were concerned. The surrounding area is natural and very pretty with red rock formations, including desert flowers and fauna. I enjoyed taking a quiet morning walk with my coffee around the perimeter of the parking lot a few times. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere, but on the parking lot is La Cueva, a cute Mexican Restaurant where we dined that evening. There is also a store connected to the restaurant, and it has a wealth of items for your cooler and for the road. They also had gas pumps, and it was nice to gas up and clean our windshield before we hit the road again. So those are the only places in the very immediate area. But you won't starve with no breakfast provided, the store is right there with ready made sandwiches etc. as is the restaurant. We were loaded with protein bars and water etc. as most people would do on a road trip in isolated areas. I highly recommend Noor Hotel whether you're staying one night or more on a road trip. But adjust your expectations for too many frills since traveling is expensive now. We also found the lobby staff to be friendly and welcoming after a long drive. We have no complaints.

Casitas很棒。我經歷過的最簡單的入住和退房。即使酒店沒有人,Casitas對任何問題或擔憂都非常有反應。房間很乾淨,擠滿了額外的設施。白色噪音機器是離合器!這次住宿超出了我的預期,並將向任何人推薦首都珊瑚礁的Casitas。白天(但直到上午10點)正在進行建設。對Casitas來說,他們值得擴大業務。

Even though we had a balcony, we had to crane around the building to see the sunrise so if that's your reason for booking that specific room, it may not be. Go in the front of the building to see a fantastic sunset and enjoy the seating there. That said, we enjoyed our balcony and the views of the hills while eating take out food and a picnic one day that was rained out in the park. The room and bath were very nice and the 2nd floor windows gave us endless views. Breakfast was also very good but there are two seatings: 7:30 or 8:00 which you need to sign up for in the entry way each night. Opportunities for improvement include a big one....if you say coffee is on at a time before breakfast, please do it! I waited a half hour for the kitchen team to arrive. I couldn't self make on the upstairs landing because NO ONE refilled the coffee cups. This is a big deal for us early risers and one of the reasons we stay at B & B's. In your advertisement you talk about a fireplace but when we get there it is covered with junk piled in front of it from the tour business. Just take it out of your promo and we won't be disappointment looking around for it. Overall, I'd recommend this place to stay although the regular rooms looked a bit austere.
