馬拉加海灘伊貝羅星酒店(Iberostar Málaga Playa)

Es la primera vez que nos alojábamos en un hotel de la cadena Iberostar y la verdad que nos ha encantado. Siempre había tumbonas disponibles en la piscina, la animación era maravillosa, todo estaba super limpio, el personal super amable… Todo de 10 de verdad! Por cierto la comida…posiblemente de todos los hoteles All Inclusive que hemos ido esta es la que para mí mejor calidad tiene. El día que sacaron patatas asadas para que las pudiésemos preparar como en la feria…por casi me echo a llorar! Qué originales! Luego las pizzas, la paella, la carne…todo riquísimo de verdad. Además el personal que trabaja en el restaurante es majísimo y super atento! Por cierto, el detalle de ofrecer helados en la piscina antes de la comida también es un puntazo. Por último, de verdad que el equipo de animación es la leche, los chicos se lo curran un montón, están super pendientes de los niños y son super simpáticos. Y las funciones que hacen por la noche y tal…vamos es que son geniales De verdad que yo he salido encantada de estas vacaciones, mil mil gracias! Pd: Como recomendación, se puede alargar un poco el horario del snack bar y el bar de la pisci? Creo que a los españoles se nos queda un poco corto para nuestro horario 😬

This is my third time at this hotel. This time I stayed with my teenage son for 5 nights. Our room was excellent, really cold air conditioning and immaculately clean. The staff at the hotel are always very friendly, great selection of food (we were half board) which is slightly different every night. The pool area is great too, kept very clean, loads of sun beds, good activities and right on the beach. The only (very slight) negative I have is that the beds are a little on the soft side, although I realise of course that that’s very subjective.

It is a very good hotel and the all inclusive concept is generous and works well. Staff is very good in general, although there is always an exception. Location itself is great, the village of Torrox not really special

Wonderful hotel, lovely room (290) with double balcony over looking the pool and sea view. Food was wonderful too. Will definitely be back soon.

I liked the gym, the 2 swimming pools, the breakfast, the room, the quiet, the comfort, the space, the supply of free drinking water and the location.

I was on my own and 83 years old and staff were fantastic and so helpful to me. Except for extreme heat it was perfect. Regards Phil Gardner

Wonderful position, right on front by sea, beach & broadwalk

This is a solid three star resort. Not very luxurious, has bland and repetitive food options, and limited drink options.

Firstly I tried and failed 4 times to contact iberostar to see what the best rate I could get the first time they replied to ask how many people nights and room type I replied with the information then chased them for an answer 4times. I got so fed up of waiting I went to the hotel I asked the reception what the best rate was they said they couldn’t book but put me through to the central reservations. They said the Hotel was fully booked which I knew it wasn’t as I’d looked just moments earlier on line. He then retracted that they were full and said the best rate was £249 again this was incorrect as the rate for a horizon member was £204 and even cheaper on *******. With my perks and it being the cheapest I booked through *******. I asked if I could have a pool or sea view I got a view of the car park. Once in the room although cleaned to an exceptional standard the walls were all marked the lampshade edge was all frayed the mini bar was stained inside and there was a mark on the curtain. Overall the public areas and room as well as the gym and indoor pool looked and felt like a dungeon dark dismal and in need of an upgrade. I had asked in my previous emails what the classes were for adults again once checked in really disappointed as there was still not one yoga class which I could do. I have not been away for two years and recently lost someone very close to me so my stay was a treat to myself time to recharge and relax what I got was anxious panicky and due to this…,
