土倫La Corbeille d'Orient附近酒店

我剛剛在阿米拉特酒店度過一次非常棒的旅程,很高興分享我的經驗。酒店提供真正的客觀性,工作人員非常出色,總是小心,準備以微笑和專業化的態度回答我們所有的要求。在城市的中心,位置是理想的,可以輕鬆地發現當地的景點,同時也能接近你可能需要的東西。房間和共同空間的清性是不可否認的,空調加上了值得稱讚的舒適性。總之,阿米拉特酒店結合了完美的地理位置,專心的工作人員,一個乾淨舒適的環境。我強烈建議這家酒店給所有尋找快而不關心的住的人。全體團隊都很棒!

Stayed here as part of a rugby package the staff were all polite and the pictures the website are a true reflection. The continental breakfast was a good quality and lots of choice. The location is good for walking, trains or buses. Do feel that more information could be in different languages in the rooms and reception but nothing that can not be put on Google translate, beds comfortable and air con was great.

Les plus: Bel hotel dans son ensemble, belle chambre spacieuse, personnel hyper sympas et à l'écoute. Un petit dej dès 4h30 Les moins: 2 oreillers pour 2, j'aurai aimé en avoir le double ds les chambres. La clim trop forte, j'ai ouvert la fenêtre pour avoir moins froid, une serviette ”propre” avec des tâches (sang ou rouge à lèvres), un p'tit déj sans produit frais ( beurre etc...frigo du buffet HS).

We stayed for 4 nights in this hotel at the end of September and the service was excellent throughout out the hotel. Reception staff helped us all with a problem we had at a city car park. Breakfast had a very good Buffet selection with a member of staff on hand to get anything extra we needed. The pool was quite small but adequate, with a few sunloungers around it, I think the hotel is mainly suited to business people or short city break. I cannot comment on evening meals as we always ate out as the hotel is s 25 minute walk away from the harbour and a lot of the restaurants are even nearer. This hotel is a very central place to stay,

it’s perfect and so beautiful, i love it!! the matches of color are so cute, they have good service and it’s all clean. I definitely would come again here, the personal it’s nice so that gives them more points.

Unbelievably disappointed with this hotel and a majority of its staff. We experienced a tragic void of cleanliness, professionalism and hospitality during our entire stay at the Mercure Hotel in Toulon, France. Unfortunately, our fruitless attempts to resolve these issues directly with on-site management (which does not exist) and corporate personnel (impossible to contact) leave us feeling violated of our dignity and robbed of our time and money. We hope the following information will help others in the future, including travelers, hospitality staff, Sébastien Bazin, Gilles Pélisson, and the like. CLEANLINESS: Upon our arrival, we could literally see dust and dirt on all of the shelves, counter tops, balconies and floors of the hotel and room. Even the carpet in the room was so dirty it stained the bottom of our clean socks. The toilet room smelled bad, like, well, a used toilet. We politely asked for it to be cleaned, however, no one ever came, not even to freshen up the room at any point during our stay. COMFORT: The air conditioning did not work in our room, ever. When we spoke to the front desk staff about the sweltering temperature of 90 degrees F in our room (even though the thermostat read 16 C) and were informed to “leave the room for awhile to let it work”. We left at 3:30PM and returned at 11PM to a less sweltering temperature of 85 degrees F in our room. We asked staff member available, Alexi/Alex at the front desk, if he could fix the thermostat. He begrudgingly came to take a look and was profusely sweating after one minute in the room. He could not turn on the air conditioning even though the thermostat read the same 16C. He said we could open the window, but that would just let in the bugs in and turn off the air completely. He also suggested we leave the room to wait 15 minutes for it to turn on…? Given that that strategy did not work when suggested earlier, we asked for a different room with working air conditioning. He laughed at us and said no because it would not make his manager happy. We said we would happily speak to the manager about the issue and he laughed again, said no, and stated management is not available on the weekends. We then asked for some sort of a solution and Alexi/Alex appeared annoyed and said “there is nothing to be done” and that he had to get back to his “other duties” at the hotel. Turns out it was actually the end of his shift and he did not want to stay any longer that his end time to deal with this problem. We noted that the sheets and bedding were surprisingly all polyester, which doesn’t breathe like cotton, and acts like a heat conductor and made it more difficult to achieve sleep. He laughed again and said all the rooms are the same and there is nothing to be done. We went back to the front desk to ask for help from the next staff member and found that the only person available was a very kind, intelligent security guard named Cherkre(sp?). He informed us that he is actually employed by a

不幸的是,一個新修建的房子,還很配備,看起來很有吸引力,也很有吸引力,完全無法承受的人員,也許他們有很長一段時間...但正是那個沒有英語說話的老太太,還是隻想打破這個, 雖然在第一刻很不錯,但沒有一個你說的可靠!在抵達日,17.40時,我們不能預定同一天晚餐的桌子(我們後面有9小時的行程)。後來我們又向下一晚求。接下來我們接到約定,下一晚11:19.45不幸的是,我們第二天晚上在餐廳裏沒有預訂的桌子,因爲那位女士在前台上, 她也在第二天晚上, 但她和其他人一樣, 從工作人員那裏走了, 她什麼都不記得...不幸的是,她讓我們全體前進了集合隊,讓客人(可能在這裏每位員工而不是每位客人工作)。她還認爲我們甚至沒有預訂早餐。我們有利於我們在抵達時已經付出了代價,因此我們也可以證明這一點。情況不但糟糕,而且。特別糟糕的是,我們的孩子做了這個聲明(女兒7Jahre)“她很高興回來了。”我們不想再去那裏吃飯了,又找了別的東西。出發日早餐和早晨一樣,斯巴達式,每一塊都空了,不管是S***,奶,蛋,馬,--至少不是因爲人力太少了。這裏也被看了,只有客人去清理儘快的桌子,所以要清理。
