Location is great, but as other have mentioned, it’s bit of a pain to park so keep that in mind

Un séjour exceptionnel au cœur de Toulouse. Un emplacement formidable, un personnel à l’´ecoute et efficace. Une suggestion toutefois pour améliorer la performance serait de gérer la climatisation qui est trop froide même en réglant la température. Un lieu que nous recommandons.

The hotel has a Great position in Toulouse, quite central and nice. The employees are so kind and ready tò help when required. Personallly i expected more from such hotel, It needs more maintenance. Even if the room was nice, some things should be fixed. I had some problems never solved with the A/C system, actually the room was very cold and no chance to control the temperature. I had some problems with the towel rails in the bathroom which were not attached probably and kept in falling down on the floor. Some more cleaning and something more than a bottle of water was nice tò have for free considering the price paid. I 'm not sure i Will choose this hotel anymore. I was quite disappointed to dont find and hotel in line with BW standards.

The hotel is built around a courtyard behind this facade on the main square; this means that the room had a view of a wall but it was very quiet. The decor may be a little dated for some, but was a welcome change from bland beige. The location could not be better, and the staff were really excellent.

Great location-quiet alley off a main plaza. Comfortable bed and room was well equipped, though on the small side by American standards, in a beautiful building. Staff was very nice and helpful.
