市中心非常方便的酒店

I stayed at the Hotel Les Capitouls and was overall satisfied with my experience. The location is excellent — very central and perfect for exploring Toulouse on foot. The breakfast was also a real highlight, with a great selection and high quality. On the downside, the rooms were quite noisy, with little sound insulation, and street noise was noticeable, especially at night. Additionally, one of the receptionists was somewhat unfriendly, which was a bit disappointing for a hotel of this standard. In summary: great location and breakfast, but room for improvement in service and soundproofing.

Nice room but the space is bit small

Ravi de notre premier séjour en chambre supérieure, nous avons renouvelé l’expérience avec le même type de chambre. On nous a octroyé la chambre 217 se situant en fait au premier niveau dans un dédale d’escaliers incommodes avec les bagages. Merci à la réception ! Si la chambre est élégante et très propre, elle dispose de petites fenêtres peu agréables et sa situation très proche de la rue la rend extrêmement bruyante. Les discussions dans la rue sont clairement audibles outre le bruit de la circulation. Mauvaise nuit ! De surcroît, j’avais demandé une couverture en plus que je n’ai jamais eue et il faisait froid dans la chambre malgré une climatisation insuffisante notamment pour chauffer la salle de bain qui n’a pas son propre chauffage… Pas de bouteille d’eau non plus à disposition, ce qui est rare chez Accor en chambre supérieure. Au départ, pas un mot sur la satisfaction du séjour… Dommage !! Point positif : la propreté, l’emplacement et le très joli et délicieux petit déjeuner mais cela ne suffit pas. Je pense que nous ne reviendrons pas dans de pareilles conditions de disposition de la chambre, ce d’autant que l’offre Accor est diversifiée à proximité.

We visited this hotel for our weekend stay. The hotel has a great location and is very nicely decorated and comfortable. Nonetheless, they should improve their customer service. As we were approaching the date of our stay, one of the guests in the reservation had a season cold, and we were thinking of postponing our trip. Upon contacting the hotel, they were very unpleasant, not even dignifying us with a reply in English. No get well soon wishes, just a straight answer saying no changes were allowed because we had a no refundable rate. A bit of flexibility to our extenuating circumstances would have been nice, especially as a Gold All Accor member. More - when we told them we were going to make a review mentioning this, they didn’t even bother to reply. Upon check-in, they told us we didn’t have a reservation at the hotel, and they weren’t correctly reading my full name on my passport. All in all, the hotel in nice, but staff needs some training!

Atmosphère feutrée et conviviale des l’accueil de ce bel hôtel récemment rénové Emplacement idéal - Belle déco - petit déjeuner gourmand - personnel professionnel et souriant = très bon rapport qualité prix … notre nouveau point de chute à Toulouse !

L’hotel Les Capitouls è un piccolo hotel, credo a conduzione familiare, davvero molto carino, a due passi dal centro di Tolosa. Ingresso molto bello ed accogliente, così come le camere, non molto grandi ma arredate con gusto. Carina la saletta dove viene servita la colazione anche se il problema dello spazio limitato non permette di allestire un buffet particolarmente ricco e può causare disagi in caso si presentino molte persone allo stesso orario. Nonostante qualche piccolo disagio dovuto alle dimensioni della struttura, il soggiorno qui è stato piacevolissimo e se mi dovesse capitare di venire nuovamente a Tolosa ci tornerei sicuramente.

hotel bien placé, très confortable, au décor raffiné et surtout le personnel d'accueil, y compris celui du petit déjeuner est d'une grande qualité très rarissime. Je conseille cet hotel sans hésitation et j'y reviendrai. Ne pas hésiter tout est parfait.

Perfect hotel in a perfect location providing everything I needed in a modern, tasteful, well equipped environment. The staff were very helpful and highly professional. Centrally located making walking around the beautiful city centre easy.

Belle découverte cet hôtel est très bien placé, belle déco, chambre spacieuse avec une bonne literie, bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner parfait, tout y est, on peut commander ses œufs (omelette, plats, etc...). L'accueil quant à lui est très agréable. Merci
