The hotel was nice with everything you can expect from a Mercure. The room was simple and had all amenities as you would expect. The design is a bit specific but I found it nice. Location is convenient if you plan on using the cable car which is basically on the other side of the street (little highlight of the stay) Food options inside the hotel were not great and it was best to eat in the restaurant just outside (but it is a bit expensive)

Πολύ ωραία διαμερίσματα ότι πρέπει για οικογένειες που ταξιδεύουν με κατοικίδια ,με ωραία διακόσμηση και ποιοτικά έπιπλα , επιπλωμένα και με κουζίνα, κάτσαμε μια νύχτα αλλά το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα για πολλές ημέρες , έχει πάρκινγκ , το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και νόστιμο , δεν θα έπρεπε να χρεώνουν τόσο ακριβά τα κατοικίδια από την στιγμή που δεν προσφέρουν τιποτα για αυτά.

I reserved a room at this hotel because I was participating in a conference at the Mirail university campus, which is a 10 minute walk away. From this point of view, it was a good choice. It is also a 10 minute walk from the metro station, which is very convenient. But the hotel, like the campus itself, is not in a nice area. There are no shops or cafes in easy walking distance, and those that are in the areas are in areas that are not comfortable to walk around in. So every time that I wanted to go into town, I had to take the metro - which was fine, except that during the last two days of my stay, the metro was not working! The hotel itself is small, the rooms are simple but nice. The AC stopped working during my stay, and it took several hours until a technician arrive. Breakfast was very good, except, as in many places in Europe, no vegetables. The hotel restaurant also offers drinks, coffee and dinner. In general, The staff was very helpful, but with limited resources. For example, the rooms do not have mini-bars, but when I asked to put food in the kitchen refrigerator, they did so with no problem. I asked in advance for a kettle in my room and indeed it was there (and i was charged extra for it). When others asked for kettles, they were given them, but they were taken away the next day! In summary, nice, small, limited, friendly staff, not a great neighborhood.

👍🏻 第一次住酒店公寓，單間很大，有1個廚房客廳和1個臥室。廚房設備齊全，您可以做任何事情：從咖啡到煎雞蛋。冰箱是用來存放購買的食物的。 👍🏽 包括暖氣和空調。安靜的房間。酒店擁有便利的巴士和地鐵前往市中心，周邊地區設有商店、麵包店、小型市場、烤肉店和酒吧。 👎 床上用品很差，毯子上全是以前客戶的頭髮。地板上還有一層羊皮，窗簾也破了一半，但晚上你可以用百葉窗保護自己。
