湯森風河旅館(Townsend River Breeze Inn)

Es ist nicht einfach, eine Bewertung für das River Breeze Inn in Townsend zu schreiben. Dies liegt daran, dass unser Zimmer eigentlich in Ordnung war, aber uns trotzdem nicht zufrieden stellen konnte. Die Unterkunft wirbt auf den Bildern vor allem mit dem modernen Bau auf dem Hügel. Es gibt allerdings noch ein weiteres, älteres Gebäude im Motelstil an der Straße. Fast alle der 39+ präsentierten Bilder zeigen den Neubau oder den Innenbereich. Lediglich auf zwei, weit hinten eingeordneten, Bildern ist das ältere Gebäude abgebildet. Natürlich war unser Zimmer in diesem Teil. Tatsächlich war es auf den ersten Blick völlig okay. Das Zimmer war groß, das Bett bequem und trotz der Straßennähe war es ruhig. Trotzdem waren wir wegen der Präsentation bei ********** enttäuscht. Hinzu kam die mangelnde Sauberkeit. Der Boden wurde offenbar nicht gereinigt, er war staubig. Auch im Bad wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht. Zu den guten Seiten des Inn zählen die Nähe zum Nationalpark, die Restaurants in der Umgebung und das große Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Wenn man mit der mangelnden Sauberkeit leben kann und ein Motel erwartet, ist das River Brezze Inn okay, aber zu teuer.

Clean rooms, safe environment, 15 minutes from the entrance to Caves Code. Only improvement I'd suggest would be that they have coffee in the lobby but there's a Shell station/grocery store a mile away that fixed that problem for us.

Very cute hotel. Very quiet. The bed to me wasnt very comfortably, my husdand thougt it was. Very spacious room with balcony. Will go back there!

The staff is really friendly..The building looks not attractive but when we open the door the room is very clean neat and attractive..I said WOW! Very quiet place and affordable to stay..

We loved our room! It was very clean and very quiet. We stayed 3 nights and slept well each night. The beds and pillows were comfortable; we had plenty of towels and washcloths every day; plenty of hot water for our showers; the room looked just like it did on the website, and yes, we stayed in the "older" part across from the pool area. This is a really neat place to stay. There are rocking chairs outside each unit and large porch style swings on the lawn that you can sit in and relax. Our only regret is that we didn't know about this place sooner. We met our housekeeper, Missy, and she was very sweet. We will definitely stay here again. We would rate it a 10/10.

The property is an older Motel facility, rooms were a little smaller but everything was very clean, they made the beds each day and made sure I had fresh towels.

A nice place. The room was quite large, the bathroom not so much. But all in all a nice place, if a bit pricey.

We were not placed in the unit shown on the internet. There is an old unit down the hill that they placed us in. The reason was the newer unit was filled up. I would not have made reservations in this older unit if I had known about it. Very misleading!
