Nice and quiet place

Zufriedenstellendes Hotel, alles gut. Wie fast überall auf unserer Reise kommt auch hier viel zu viel Plastik/Wegwerfmaterial zum Einsatz.

I didn’t stay the night even though I had to pay for it. I moved to a cleaner and updated hotel.

Ceiling showing signs of water stain. Hot Tub and a portion of the water park was not in service.

The pool was very cold so we couldn't swim with our baby unfortunately. Otherwise met all basic needs, little older but spacious room with typical amenities.

I enjoyed checking in with the front desk and our kids had a great time in the pool area I just wished the jets to the hot tub worked and had more life jackets for the children and towels. I’m our bedroom it was clean but there were stains on the couch cushions and not enough pillows for our room.

The waterslide was a huge hit. Breakfast sounds awesome as well. I wish it was open til 10 since check out is at 11, but that's the only downside this far. The staff is phenomenal. So welcoming and helpful. We'll be staying here again for sure!!!

Fire alarm went off at 12:53am, we had to get out of the hotel and staying in the car for half hour. Went back to the hotel and 10 minutes later the alarm went off again for a minute or so. 20 min later the alarm went off again. It was not a pleasant night. I want a refund.

I wish I had read the reviews before booking here! We wanted to be close to the zoo but I would have rather traveled the extra 8 minutes to stay somewhere else. This place is old, smelly, needs updates, the carpet wasn’t vacuumed….crumbs and hair all over when we came in. The king suite had old sheets with so much piling it felt like sleeping on 40 grit sandpaper. I was fortunate that my husband took the side of the bed with the gigantic dip in it. No amenities around the property and I can’t believe we paid $250 for this room. I’ve paid less for 5 star hotels.
