Best room service , room was very neat and clean

Last minute booking. Room heater was turned off and room temp was 10c took several hours to get temperature up. Crowded with furniture so hard to move around, shower temperature on hot was only warm in the morning. For the price it was disappointing. Staff were friendly though

The service was awesome, hotel was clean and the room was comfy just extremely noisy as we had a room on the side facing the highway so we heard traffic noise all night. If you get a room on the other side, it would be perfect.

The room was in really rough shape. Stains in the carpet. Picture frame was broken. Headboard was in really rough shape. Black mould all around the shower. It was disappointing especially considering the level this hotel claims to be and charges.

Finishing, furniture and overall space not adequately maintained: paint scraped off baseboards & tub surround, large areas on the pleather headboad cracked and scratched off, stains on the floor, shower/tub facet extremely loud and would not hold water in the tub, inadequate towels & face clothes and when requested I was told there was no one to bring any to me I had to go to the front desk to retrieve myself. Usually VIP customers are provided with perks to which none were. Upon my request following check in, I was given a breakfast coupon which was included in my hotel booking, not a vip perk. This was not the level of service or property standard for a $400 hotel room.

property is falling apart. wallpaper peeling off the walls. headboards have worn out marks from people heads smashing against them. the place is a poorly put together dump that reeks of indo canadian cologne in every hallway.

Excellent location, clean and friendly staff, would rate the hotel perfect except one of the dressers kept having issues and the drawers would come out by itself. Room 307

Everything that I wanted was provided on a quick overnight stay. Close to the main highway for easy access as required. 24 hour restaurant accommodates early checkout.

We arrived and our room hadn’t been cleaned But they promptly gave us a new room and a restaurant credit voucher and we’re very kind
